Episode 4 is all about races. I recap the Carolina Reaper Ghost Pepper Challenge 50k, presented by Upstate Ultras and talk to their RD, Matt Hammersmith. He talks about some of their upcoming races and the efforts they are making to build up an awesome running community in upstate South Carolina. He is also a coach, Without Limits, and offers some great advice on making running a lifestyle.
Afterwards, I pretty much just freestyle, talking about my past 16 marathons, 7 ultras, and a few other special races.
