Bob Hearn - super smart ultra-runner and recent winner by more than a day of The Heart of The South 350 mile race, joins me for a great chat about ultra-ultra distance races. (Is that a term?) Until last lear, I thought Cocodona was the longest race, but I was just learning. There's a whole other spectrum of longer distances, from 6 days on a track to journey type point to point runs. "A vacation without a car". Bob has a PHD in Computer Science from MIT, so he's pretty smart, and he has won numerous ultras around the world, so he is pretty fast and durable as well.
