Join me as I chat with super nice human and incredible ultra-runner Harvey Lewis. He was such a joy to talk to always trying to flip the conversation to hear my story instead of share his. What a nice guy! Harvey's record speaks for itself with wins at Big's Backyard, Badwater, and many other ultra races. He has run Barkleys twice, (no wins there yet :) ) and seems to be quite proficient on roads and trails, which is rare. I hope you enjoy!!
