Roni Reiter-Palmon
Dr. Roni Reiter-Palmon is the John Lewis Holland Distinguished Professor of I/O Psychology and Director of the I/O Psychology Graduate Program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO). Internationally recognized for her pioneering research, she is ranked among the top 2% of social psychology researchers worldwide.
As the Director of Innovation for the Center for Collaboration Science, Dr. Reiter-Palmon focuses on the cognitive processes of creativity, team decision-making, and leadership. Her landmark research highlights "problem construction" as a key driver of success, showing that the most creative teams spend significant time framing a problem before generating ideas.
A prolific author with over 200 publications, she co-edited the Cambridge Handbook of Creativity and Emotions and serves as Editor-in-Chief of Organizational Psychology Review. She has secured over $9 million in funding for her work.
