Clovistia's Spiritual Healing Bath
This was channeled by Clovistia for all her followers.
This is a simple healing bath that everyone can use of all ages.
This bath may cleanse and release the negativity from your physical body,
and change the molecules in the water to open your Soul to receive needed healing
from the Divine Source and Universal Consciousness.
Healing can come from many planes of consciousness and this simple
healing bath has worked for me wonderfully.
As you begin it is very important that you give yourself permission to receive the
healing on all levels.
You will need the following items:
- Bathtub of water, rinse your tub out incase there is any residual cleaners or soap.
- Virgin Epson Salt (magnesium sulfate)
- Virgin Baking Soda (sodium bicarbonate)
- Virgin writing paper and a pen
Virgin means that they are new and no one else has touched these items.
You don’t want anyone else’s DNA to pollute your healing bath.
Avoid using bubble bath or other soap products during this bath.
You are here for therapy and healing, not bathing.
Lets begin by sitting in a quiet place, take your pen and paper,
Give yourself permission to receive healing and open the path to the
divine source and universal consciousness.
Mediate or sit quietly alone, think about connecting with the healing you need.
Allow yourself to connection and begin to let the frequency from the other side flow through you
You may hear a small voice inside you giving ideas of healing words that you need.
Listen to your inner self.
This is a positive and personal experience for you and your soul on your spiritual journey.
A few examples of words might be love, appreciation, forgiveness, strength, honesty, joy, enlightenment, health, peace, calm, change, loneliness, etc.
As you write each word imagine the healing you want.
Imagine the emotional or physical situation you want to be released from.
Or a path forward that you may need strength with.
The words MUST be personal to you.
Do not write words that are not personal to you or
direct them towards another person to receive change.
Healing is yours alone.
You do not need to use a lot of words,
just write the words that really resonate and create a feeling inside
you as you connect with your soul and the universal consciousness.
I always limit my words to 3-5 or so.
I try to focus my healing for this one bath.
Listen to the inner voice of your Soul.
Start learning to let it guide you and connect to the Divine Source.
Begin writing one word on each bit of paper. The paper should be smaller.
When you are done take all your bits of paper and rub them gentle
between your hands, make sure the front and the back are touched,
leaving your DNA on them and making them yours.
next, start filling your tub up with water.
The water temperature should be lukewarm, and not hot or cold.
Fill the tub so that you can immerse your body up to your neck and
keep all your body underwater for soaking.
While your tub is filling up add the following products to the water
2 parts epson salt to 1 part baking soda = 2:1
The actual measurement depends on the size of the tub, for example:
a small tub = 1 cup (340 grams) epson salt and 1/2 (170 grams) cup baking soda.
For a larger tub use 2 cups (680 grams) epson salt and 1 cup (340 grams) baking soda.
Gently mix the water around so that the products can dissolve completely.
Next take the words that you have written and Tear them in small pieces.
Once you have finished preparing your important words, scatter them into the water.
Gently mix the bits of paper around.
The words in the water will change the molecular structure of the water molecules and create a
personalized healing bath ready to receive your physical body.
Once you are in the water, submerge yourself as much as possible.
Soak and let the healing satiate your Soul and physical body.
The epson salt and baking soda create a synergy that will release
negativity from your aura and physical body and help allow your Soul to be invigorated.
Soak for a long as possible, but at least 15 minutes.
Do not add extra water, because it will change the composition of what you created.
When it becomes too cold, simply get out and let your body AIR dry, if possible.
The lingering affect will stay with you and the healing of your Soul will begin as you continue
working on your spiritual journey. Enjoy.
This bath is associated with positive words for change.
But what happens if there are words or
memories that keep coming to mind that are NEGATIVE?
Maybe a negative experience, or memory, or reaction,
or guilt that you could have done something different or better.
Different choices or options.
Are you awakened at 2am with the same racing thoughts?
I have experienced it too. Bear in mind that every time you make a choice there is only
a small percentage of the time that you will be perfect.
The other percentage may have residual thoughts associated with what
happened and the consequences.
Clovistia has shared with me an alternate method of relieving the
psychological pain which can be very specific as well.
It does not involve a bath but a very specific act for change.
First, I will take the specific thought that is causing my racing thoughts.
For example a confrontation in the market place. You were verbally attacked and
you wished you had responded differently. In your mind you want to change that
moment or choice or outcome.
Of course, we cannot turn back the clock, but we can soothe our mind in the now.
So that when the memory pops up, it will be softer, less damaging to our day to day life.
I will take a piece of paper and write down the summary of what happened.
I don’t need all the details; but, I think of them as I write the limited facts.
I will then take a black marker and cross out and cover up this bad memory.
Sometimes I only need a single black crossover, but other times I will be
inspired to make it completely covered in black. At the same time that I am
making the black strokes I am purging this from my mind, and
I am ordering it to leave my thoughts alone and leave me in peace.
If it is a very simple issue, usually one time will work and although the memory
is still there, it no longer has the ability to make my mind hurt.
The memory may have softened so that it is just words.
But, if it is a recurring trauma, I have had to do it repeatedly and at this point,
If it really remains I will fold take the memory up into a very tiny piece of paper
and I will wrap it with aluminum foil and wrap it tightly,
and put it into the freezer to freeze it out of my life.
Over time I have found that the Memory grows softer and is less able to hijack my mind.
The hurt begins to slow down and I can find peace in my sleep.
If all this has failed, I have my last choice.
I look at my desire to silence the memory.
Which is all I can hope for, since I cannot go back and change anything.
If I have not blacked out the memory, I will do that next.
If that doesn’t work.
I will freeze the memory.
If that doesn’t work
If the memory pops up
I will imagine that I will throw black paint
on it covering up repeatedly over time, whenever it pops into my mind.
As if I am ordering it out of my mind
and giving it no ability to affect me.
If it is a deep trauma, maybe you can soften the memory.
BUT, I WILL NEVER PUT IT INTO THESE NEGATIVE WORDS OR MEMORIES
IN THE WATER THAT I AM BATHING IN!!!!
EVER
Hopefully, you can use the positive words to release negativity related to those negative memories.
forgive, forgiven, peace, quiet, calm, and others
that will help you enhance your life
This is Grace Star, until next time, share your frequency.
