Students from the Beyond Differences Club at Pelham Gardens Middle School take a deep deep dive into the problem of bullying and facilitate a probing conversation with their school's principal, school counselor, a student who was the target of bullying, and former child bully (now peace worker.) Students explore the roots of bullying, its prevalence, and strategies to create a safer school climate.
