Speaker 1:This is the third one on praise and today's is psalms 105. For the lord is good, his mercy is everlasting and his truth endures to all generations. There was a preacher years ago. There was an older preacher, reverend w durbin of chester, England, once preached a sermon on three points of this verse. He talked about the inexhaustible fount, the Lord's goodness, the ever-flowing stream, his eternal love and the fathomless ocean, his ever-enduring faithfulness. Let's listen to that again.
Speaker 1:Psalms 105,. For the Lord is good, his mercy is everlasting and his truth endures to all generation. Let's go back to 1 and 2. The first one was 1 Peter, 1, 3. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord, Jesus Christ, who, according to his abundant mercy, has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. The second one was Psalms 104. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise. Be thankful to him and bless his name. And Psalms 105, for the Lord is good, his mercy is everlasting and his truth endures to all generations. Those are really great scriptures. You need to read them, write them, hear them, speak them. If you need daily wisdom, check out Wisdom for the Day at wisdomforthedayorg, hosted by my friend Rick. His podcast is very insightful and inspiring and your Wisdom for the Day starts there. Now let's hear today's one more time Psalms 105, for the Lord is good, his mercy is everlasting and his truth endures to all generations. Hear it, read it, write it, speak it.
