Antong Lucky (pt.2) 🎙️ "Rite of Redemption"
This episode is dedicated to the memory of the late Bishop Omar Jahwar, who walked in the spirit of the great leaders of the Black community who came before him. He was a true "Bishop of the Culture".
In part 2 of our interview Antong Lucky, Antong chronicles his journey of emerging from the "cocoon" of prison, connecting with Bishop Omar, and finding his place in the movement to end violence in his neighborhood and beyond. Antong now leads Urban Specialists where they look for innovative ways to empower communities devastated by poverty and crime in order to bring people together from all walks of life.
Antong recently released his autobiography- "A Redemptive Path Forward"which can be found anywhere books are sold.
