Award winning Irish author and poet Michael Feeney Callan and I became friends a few years ago, after I read his definitive biography of Robert Redford. I have always been a fan of Robert Redford and his work, as actor and director. Mike's book is a wonderful in depth look at Redford's life and work. I wrote to Mike after reading it, congratulating him and since then, he and his lovely wife Ree have become good friends.
