What if the power you’ve been chasing was never outside you? We dive into the I Am frequency and dismantle the myth that your worth must be proven with grades, titles, or five-star reviews. From the first line to the last, we challenge the habit of asking for permission and invite you to create from desire, not doubt.

We share how to make from energy rather than from fear: speaking before you over-edit, writing before you over-study, acting before you crowdsource your confidence. Through vivid stories of authors who weathered rejection and musicians who kept releasing tracks until one finally caught fire, we reframe no as information rather than identity. The moment you stop tying your value to outcomes, your creative artery unclamps, momentum returns, and your work starts to resonate on its own terms.

You’ll learn practical ways to anchor this stance: quick centring rituals before you create, release practices after you ship, and a clean boundary between metrics and self-worth. We talk about uniqueness as a living signature—your cadence, story, and synthesis and why audiences feel authenticity more than polish. Whether you’re an author, coach, founder, or artist, this is a call to move now, to publish the page, record the clip, pitch the idea, and trust the spark that brought you here.

If this conversation moved you, follow the show, share it with a friend who needs the nudge, and leave a review so more people can find it.

SPEAKER_00:

I want to talk on the I am frequency. And this is huge. You were born. You were born. You were perfect. There is nothing that you need to know. It's not about how much you know. The knowledge. It is about you being enough. You are worthy because you are. You were born worthy. You came here worthy. You don't have to prove anything. You don't have to do anything. You don't have to have the million knowledge. Read the million books before you move, before you make decisions, before you write, before you use your voice. You don't have to study hard and do all the things and get an A plus and do all of this. You are worthy. You are enough. People connect with you, your energy. You were born with that. You don't have you didn't have to prove it. You didn't have to prove that you were worthy. And we are taught this. We are conditioned to believe this through our schooling education, through our life every step. Can I have this? I need to get to this level before I can do this. I need to go to university, college, whatever it is, get this perfect score, do this, then I can have this. Oh, can I go to the toilet? Have to ask permission for this. Remember in school, it's like, can I do this? Can I have this? And now it's about unconditionalizing. I don't know if that's a word, but we're using it. This, these conditions, and just being worthy because you are doing things because you feel it, being inspired and moving, feeling something within you, a desire and moving, not asking for permission. Should I do this? What do you think of this? Is this okay if I do this? Move. Say yes because it's come through you. Say yes because you already are. What you share when you open your mouth, when you use your voice, when you write your words, without second guessing, without editing, without refining, just be you in your energy, who you are, let it flow. This is what we connect with. You know, the people when you hear them express, when you hear them use their words, when you read their books, and you feel that energy, that is them being in their zone, being in their whatever your name is, like mine, Jenna's own, whatever your name is, use your zone. And it's this is not about how much I know. It is literally about me tapping into my energy and what I feel called to say in this recording right now. I have no script, I have no prompter in front of me telling me what to say. You can feel it, you can feel that this is truly coming from within me. I'm expressing about how I feel. I'm using this energy to share, to use my voice, to open my mouth, speaking these words, allowing it to move something within you, and I'm not basing it on what you will take from it, and I'm not basing my worthiness on how many people will listen to this, how many people will feel this, how many people will. I'm just sharing because I feel called to. I'm in this energy. I'm sharing because I want to, because I feel it, because I'm tapped in, I'm doing it for me because I want to, I want to share this, I want to use my voice to create impact, to move something within you. And there's no conditions there. There's no, uh, if I don't get a message from somebody that it hit them, that they felt it, then it didn't work. Then I'm not worthy, then I'm tying all of this stuff around that, and then do you know what? That like just halts us, that stops everything. It's like universe putting on the handbrake and being like, Well, you're conditioning everything, you're conditioning these results around, okay, if somebody leaves a five-star review, okay, now I'm worthy. Now I've got a thousand reviews on Amazon, now I'm worthy. Oh my god, I've hit the best selling list, now I'm worthy. No. No. We have got it so wrong in a society that tells us this that if you have this badge, if you have this thing, then you are higher. You are better than everyone else. You have this certificate, you have this thing. It doesn't matter. It doesn't mean you're more worthy than the person next to you. No, we are all equal. These tags, these certificates, these things, they don't mean they don't make you worthy to receive. They don't make you worthy to then do something, then to take action from that because you got this certificate, because you got this thing. It doesn't. And that's what we need to uncondition within ourselves. You're worthy because you are, because you are you. You are unique. There is no one on this earth the same as you. Yes, there might be other authors that write similar stuff to you. Yes, there may be other coaches, there may be other people that do similar stuff to you on paper, but everyone is unique in the way that they deliver, in the way that they express, in the way that they use their voice, in who they are. And when you come back to this and you really just be you, when you be that person when nobody is watching, when you open your mouth and just use your voice and you share because you feel called to share, when you use your voice, when you see something and it moves you, and you're just like, oh my god, I've felt this, and oh, and and you want to tell somebody and like talk to your friend about it, like that. I want to hear the stories about people that just lived their life, the journeys, the experience, the people that went to the depths. That those stories where people are just out there living, experiencing, they're not holding back. They keep moving, they keep growing, they keep expanding, they don't let anything hold them back, they don't let the rejection mean something about them. They don't hear get a rejection level letter from a publisher and be like, oh, now I'm not worthy. Okay, I'm gonna hold back. I'm not worthy because this person because the publishers thinks I'm not worthy, it doesn't mean nothing about you at all. There are so many conditions to that that make it the way that it is, do you think? If we go back like JK Rowling, if she got one rejection letter, even ten rejection letters, even a hundred rejection, I don't even know how many it ended up being. But if she let that one of them hold her back, there wouldn't be Harry Potter. There wouldn't be the way that it is today. And then if you look at songs, I was listening to uh TikTok uh recording the other day of that song Ordinary, and I can't even remember the artist's name, but the way that he just kept pushing because he knew he felt he's like this song has something. This song, I just have this feeling about it. And he kept pushing and pushing and putting it out there, putting it out there, never giving up, putting it out there, putting it out there, putting it out there, and then one day, BookTok, of course, picked up on it, and then it now it became a charting song. Everyone was listening to it, it became a movement, it became a thing. If he gave up in that first bit, it it wouldn't have been anywhere, it wouldn't have done what it needs to do. He never gave up, he never made it mean anything about him. He just kept going, kept moving, kept trying, kept expanding because he knew that he had something special, and he knew that this song could create an impact, could create a feeling within someone, could create a desire within someone from his words, from using his voice, his story, his words, his song. That is what it's about. And if you're listening to this and you've got a desire within you, move. Don't wait for permission. Give yourself permission. You are worthy now. You were born worthy. You are because you are. I don't need to know that you have a certificate and education in literature and writing and this and that. Doesn't matter. If you wanted to do a if you wanted to do a certificate in something to learn something and it inspired you, yeah, cool. Like do that. But you don't need that to pro to be worthy to write, to be worthy to write a book, to be worthy to, I don't know if you want a business education or whatever it is, like you are because you are. You move be you were born with gifts. Gifts that create impact. Gifts that create a desire within somebody else. And you are magic. You are so magic. When we have our own back, when we believe this, when we're truly in it, when we're best divides with ourselves. You are moving with confidence. You get these desires and you move. You don't care, you don't stop and wait to see. You don't stop and wait to get permission off your best friend or your audience. Oh, is this a good idea? Should I do this? Because then you're putting the power outside of yourself. The power lies within you. You are the power. You have the power. Use it, expand, grow, be the magic that you are.
