Welcoming The Spark
SPEAKER_00Hello and welcome to day one of the authores, a free three-day solo led initiation. And I just want to settle us in. Day one is very much about the spark, and this is the start of something. If you felt called and you're here watching this, just know it's for a reason. And I want to welcome you into the space, into this world, and you are here because you feel it. You feel that spark, you feel that pull towards your story, your book, and this isn't an accident. Your story brought you here, and that in its own just take that in. Take a breath, settle here. We all have lived experiences, we all have things that we have gone through, that we have walked through, that we have held and holded ourselves through those moments, those experiences, and it's not about everyone having a dark night of the soul, a really traumatic experience. It is about what we've gone through, how we went through that, how we held ourselves, and the story that we have to tell from that experience, from walking that path, from the way that you moved, the confidence, the courage to walk through that, to hold yourself in the person that you are today through that experience, through that story, whatever it might be. Just know that your story is worthy, you are worthy, and this all starts with the power within you. If you know and you can feel that you have a story to tell, there is power within you. No one else, not a ghostwriter, not somebody else can write and tell your story for you. It is in here, it is in your heart, in your body, and it is yours. And the moment that we acknowledge that, the moment we step into our own power and the identity of the authoress, the identity of the authoress is everything. You are an author, you are an artist, you are a writer. If you have this spark within you and you have this desire to write something, there's a story there, there's something that keeps coming back, and you want to talk about it, you want to share this story to create impact in the world. That is the greatest reasoning behind wanting to write a book and share your story and get on the stages and share your voice, write your words, all of it. Because you want to create an impact based on your experience, based on what you went through, your story, your mission, what you're here to do. That is the spark, the impact on the person that might be where you were, might be reading the book, and that it's their last lifeline, and they are holding it, they've got tears rolling down their face, they feel it, they feel the energy because I'll tell you, every book that you write, and I've written 18 books in my lifetime so far. Every book has an energy, every book has a frequency, and that is you. Only you, only you can write these words, only you can tell this story in the way that you've lived it, in the way that you've experienced it. We don't write stories about things that we haven't gone through ourselves because there's no depth, there's not that energy there. The people that have lived it and experienced it, and then they talk about it, they share their voice, they write the words, they share the story, you feel it, you feel that energy, you feel that spark, you feel that frequency because it is real. They can talk about the emotions, they can show it, and it's not about telling the audience, it's about tapping into the showing, and that when somebody reads that and they can feel that, and the exactly what you've gone through, because you can tap in, you can go inwards, and you can feel it, how it felt the anger, the frustration, the loneliness, the sadness, the happiness, the joy, all of this, the emotions, you can tap into that, and that is the greatest gift. That is the greatest gift to be able to tell stories. It has been around for centuries. The storytelling is what connects us to the person next to us. When I everywhere I go now, everywhere I go, every experience that I have, the stories, I just I I end up getting in the seat next to them, and I find myself inching forward and feeling it, them telling their story, and I'm in it, I can feel it, I can imagine it. I'm imagining that person going through this, experiencing it. It is moving me, it is creating a reaction within me, a spark. It is creating an emotion, which is what we want. That is what makes the greatest books is our experience, our lived experience, and it's not something we force, it's not words that we force because we just have to, or we want to write a book to make a million dollars. That is not it, that is not what it's for. That is not you could you could go in with that energy, but I'll tell you right now, you're not gonna have the success in the impact compared to somebody who has lived, experienced, and they feel this calling, they want to write this story, they want to get on the stages and share their voice because they want to create impact, they want to help and support and create a vision for somebody that was where they were, and give them just a little bit of hope, encouragement, inspiration, activating them in that, activating them in their desire to live a life, to be here now, to experience it, to go after their desires, their mission, what they're here to do in this lifetime. That is the magic of writing a book. That is the magic of using your voice, that is the magic of your words, you feel it. You know, when you read a post or you read a book and it's one sentence, one word, and it's like everything around you disappears, and you just you feel it. You feel something inside of you moving, you feel the emotion, you feel the impact, you feel the frequency, you feel the energy of those words. Because that isn't by accident, that is a person that has gone through that, that has lived that, that has experienced it, and now they're writing it, pen to paper, fingers to keyboard, whatever process, speaking it, whatever, whatever form you feel that. And that that is the greatest books that create that and create that spark and that energy and that frequency within someone. Your story is already alive within you. It is there. You didn't have this for no reason, you didn't feel it, you didn't get the download for no reason to sit there and be like one day, yes, one day I'll write my book, one day I'll stand up on the stages, one day. One day never happens. It is today. This is the first step. Be devoted to your story, it matters. You matter, and when you recognize that that you matter, your words matter, your impact matters, your mission, what you're here to do in this lifetime day by day matters. That is what moves, that is what moves that new needle forward. I've spoken to so many people about books and stories, and it is my passion, it is what I'm here to do to activate to tell stories myself, activate stories within other people, to hold your hand, to move through it, stories, characters, the way that we move our imagination. Like I've got my mission, and if I was to sit here, and when I go back to my very first book, if I was to sit there and I had an idea, and then I went one day, one day, one day would never come, I'd never do it, and then I'd be on my deathbed and thinking, I wish I wrote that book. I know I had it in me, but I just didn't take that step. I didn't take the first step, I didn't move, I didn't have the confidence, I didn't have the courage to take that step. You don't want that. If you've got this, you've got to take this first step, write the first line, write the first scene, write the first chapter. This is the spark, and this is day one, this is the beginning of this. Today, it's not about structure or planning, nothing like that. Today is about getting in the frequency and owning your story, and owning that spark and that desire to write this. That is the first tip, and it's it is saying yes to this, to your story, to this book. And this might be the start of multiple books, of eighteen books, of a hundred books. It is day one. And today, it's not about planning the structure of the book or getting into that. It's about meeting your story here, now, today, right now, this second. It is meeting your story. It is allowing it to be seen. Saying yes. It is accepting the mission of this book. It is accepting this mission that has been given to you. Only you. Only you can write this. And you've got to say yes. You've got to accept this mission. You've got to accept it and move. This is a spark. And I know so many people feel the calling, and it's one day, they'll postpone it. One day, one day turns into years and years and years and years and years. Waiting for clarity, waiting for the right time. Time does not exist. We are moving, we have every minute. Why waste it? This is given to you. This is your birthright. This is what if we don't, if we get these downloads, if we get these downloads of ideas, of visions, of things that just feel like a whole body, yes, and you feel it and you feel activated in it. It is such a disservice not to move with that. To be like one day, when I have time, when I have this, you'll never have time. If you say that, you'll never have time. You might be waiting for permission. Give yourself permission. You are you are the power. You are the one. Only you can say that yes to this. Don't go looking outside and asking for permission. Can I do this? It's like going back to school, being like, Can I go to the toilet? Can I go do this? Am I allowed? When you're an adult, and even as kids, we shouldn't even be in that, but that's a whole nother discussion. But as adults, we don't need to ask permission. You are the permission. Say yes. Say yes. If it feels good, and you know that it's given to you, you know you've got this desire, you've got to say yes. It feels good, only you can say yes. I can't say yes for you. I can't pressure you into saying yes. That is not my thing. I'm not convincing you or anything like that. You've got to feel it and you've got to move. Don't go looking for the hero of the story, looking outside of yourself, waiting for the answers. You've got to know within yourself, you've got to take the first step. You've got to say yes to yourself, and that is like the biggest thing when we have this relationship with ourselves, when we have this relationship with ourselves, that is bestie vibes, that you know your personal power, you are the one. That is the first relationship we should ever have in this lifetime is with ourselves. It is always going to be you and you, me and me. And when we build that and when we know ourselves better than anyone in this lifetime, that is what it's all about. And only you can make that decision and say yes and be fully devoted to these visions, these missions that are sent to us. Only you can say yes, only you can accept it. I'm not accepting it for you. You've got to say yes. And if I didn't say yes, when I first had my spark, my idea for my very first book, if I said, Oh, I'll just wait till I'm a better writer, I'll wait until I have a bigger following, I'll wait until somebody says I should do it, I will wait until I have enough this, or I need more money, or I need all this, all these conditions, all these things. I'd still be waiting. I wouldn't have taken that first step. I wouldn't have been. Now I think my very first book I started writing in 2017. Now we are in 2026, and I've written 18 books since then. And the journey of that and the depth and the the story in itself of me writing all of those books, and yes, I have got better as a writer, I have more depth in my writing from when I first started, and that is perfect, that is what it should be. We are not waiting to be a better writer because do you know what? A better writer becomes a better writer because they write, because they practice their art, they practice writing words, they don't put it into a system, an AI system, and make it write for them. That is not what this is about. And if that's how you want to write a book, go do that, but that is not the space that we're in here. It is you, it is your lived experience, it is the journey of this book. And let me tell you, the journey of writing, the journey of writing your book is the best part. It's not when you get your book in your hands, that is another amazing part on the journey. But the first step in saying yes to this book idea that comes through, and then the journey and the experience of writing your story and writing your book is the best experience, step by step, word by word, sentence by sentence, scene by scene, chapter by chapter. That writing your first draft, the experience, the emotions, the journey, and I'm like I could cry right now in that because it just it is it is it I'm crying, it is amazing, it is the best experience, and the power we have like to write these stories that create impact, that create a ripple effect around the world, like there is so much power in you, in your words, in your experience. And you think I'd come on this and cry, but you know that I I just have so much passion for this, for writing, for stories, because I know for me it saved my life. The moment when I was a young tween, teen, and I had so many emotions, I was going through so many things, and I didn't know how to express, I didn't know how to get these emotions out and connect with myself. I didn't love myself, I didn't like myself, I was just very down and moody and in that teenage angst, and my mom gave me a journal, and that yeah, it saved my life, it changed everything for me in the way that I first started off with journaling and writing out how I was feeling, and then going into more depth to connect with myself to find out who I am, what I love to do, connect depth, keep going, moving, and then that turned into writing fiction, writing fairy tales, writing romance, writing fantasy, all of that, and then nonfiction, writing books that just come to me, and I knew I had a mission. I said yes, I just wasn't waiting for permission because the story never leaves, the story will never leave. It'll wait. It'll wait there, it'll wait there for you. But when is the day? When is the day? Today is the day that you say yes to your book, to your story, because it is an experience that you will never forget is one of those moments, those pivotal moments in the story that you said yes, you picked up the pen, you picked up your laptop, it is interesting because you always say pick up the pen, but we tend to normally some people do write in like notebooks and write their story that way. It is whatever feels good, but like typing on the computer, that is the same frequency in what comes through your imagination and in the way that you write. And writing a book really begins with honesty, it's not perfection, you're not performing, it's truth. It is your truth, your words, your story, your voice, and your story matters because you've lived it, you've experienced it, but no one could write it the way that you can write it. No one. And that is the beauty. And today, and this first day, is a moment that you stop carrying the book alone. You stop carrying it alone, and it's you're gonna say yes, and it is a moment that you begin, and you gotta feel it. As I said before, I'm not gonna convince you this is not what this is about. You've gotta want this, you've got to be devoted to this, to your story. You gotta feel the spark and accept the mission of your book. So much magic. And I want to invite you in, invite you inwards for a moment. And I want to ask you some questions to reflect on for this first day. I want you To remember a moment in time that really changed you. And as a prompt, what was a time, what was a moment in my life that really changed me? Moment that shaped you. That moment that made you become who you are. You felt it. And I really encourage you to write in a way that is not editable. You're not editing anything. I want you to go inwards, to close your eyes, to tap into those words, to tap into that prompt and really feel it and see what comes out. Pick up the pen, pick up your journal, and just free flow. Free flow. You might start it off some way, it might end up some other way. But that is beautiful. There is no judgment, there is no judging yourself. Stop trying to make it feel good or look good or sound good. Just write. It is truth on that page. We are not about the editing. And just remember, like this is how every book begins. This is like the first step. An honest page. A moment of being daring, being care courageous. This is what day one is all about, and I really want to honor you for showing up today, for watching this, for being in the energy, for honoring your story, for saying yes. And this is the beginning of you claiming the title of the authors. Like today is just the beginning. To be in this moment, and I know you feel it, you feel your story. And I am so proud of you. Be proud of yourself. Know that you are the one. Say, talk to yourself, have the conversations, be in bestie vibes with yourself. Because the only way you're gonna move through this is being besties with yourself, having your own back, being in this you and you, always. You and you, me and me, us and us, always will be. And I'm gonna end that here. I love you all so much, and I cannot wait to dive in today too and do this all again. This has felt filled my heart with so much joy and passion and emotions and feelings, and it is just beautiful, and I am just so honored to be here in this lifetime, in this moment in time to share this, to share my passion, my mission, and the impact that this has on you, on me, on us. I will see you all tomorrow.
