Robert Downey Jr. is going to play Doctor Doom. New mask, same task-- different costume, same actor doing the work underneath it.

This episode is about a week that kept handing me the same lesson wearing different disguises. A FISCAM audit at work where the hard conceptual part came easy and the tedious detail-tracking part didn't. A Disney trivia night where I was badly out of my depth against genuine experts. A half-remembered song where four out of ten lines from the lyrics wasn't close enough. A thought experiment about how much of Elon Musk's one-day-a-week problem-solving style I could actually replicate. And an argument about why aliens probably aren't visiting us, built on a kind of physics confidence that's been wrong before.

Different settings, no obvious connection between them. Same shape underneath every one.
