Florida Evidence Code has been amended to add § 90.2035, which is entitled Judicial Notice of information taken from web mapping services, global satellite imaging sites, or Internet mapping tools.  It provides a procedure to have online maps, like google maps, printouts judicially noticed. 

Case #1 -Davis v. State, No. SC20-1282 (Fla. Sup. Ct.)(September 8, 2022)

  • Davis is a case about motions to disqualify a judge and the proper standard of review.
