Trauma finds us all in many forms. Sexual abuse, physical abuse, mental abuse, racism, suicide, mental health, sexuality, death.... The effects have been felt by us personally or by someone in our lives. These are stories that will show you that you're not alone, there is hope, and healing is the goal. Real people, real conversations and the strength to overcome, or maybe not, it could just be a way to cope. But surviving, pushing forward, sharing and growth to know that it can get better are possible. No One's Off Limits, not even you.

Death sure did seem like it had a place in my life fully now. It was coming at me from all sides, however, I somehow found a space to survive and not let it take me. Thanks to the love of a child, and the love of the people that finally chose me, I found the strength and perseverance to get to the next season of life. You can't choose the family you were birthed into, but you can sure as hell choose the one you surround yourself with.
