How to Overcome Emotional Eating
Show Notes

Emotional eating can be prevented if we start to pay attention quickly enough to the early signs of it. To be successful, we need to understand emotional eating

Emotional eating might be a sign of dissatisfaction with the current moment. Slow down and ask yourself this question. How am I about to medicate with food? Will this choice be good or bad in the long run? Then take a step back and have a look at the big picture.

Cassie Christopher, Registered Dietitian and Emotional Eating Expert shares how to know if you struggle with emotional eating, what healing from emotional eating looks like, and how to stop struggling with food.
Cassie and Kay-Kay spend time discussing how to hold space for difficult feelings so you don't need to numb them with food using self-compassion and real-life examples.
