Lou's Chicken Shop - United by Food | EP8

These “Hawaiian-style” lunch plates represent how we grew up with both Asian and American foods and is an example of the multi-cultural cuisine we grew up with at home. These seemingly strange food combinations and cross-cultural food exploration reflect the melting pot we experienced.
