The Sacred Commitment of Marriage - Ryan Glasscock
When it comes to marriage, our culture often falls into two camps: those who half heartedly “just send it” and hope for the best, and those who back out altogether, trying to make their own path. More and more, we see people exiting marriages quickly while fewer and fewer are even entering marriage at all.
If what we said at the beginning of this series is true, that marriage is meant for good… then why does our culture seem to be convinced otherwise?
Tonight as we continue our series “Marriage Material” where we are looking at what material the bible has on Marriage we are going to be in Matthew 19. And what we will see is in a similar cultural climate as ours Jesus raises the sacredness of marriage by emphasizing the importance of commitment.
