The Extratime.ie Sportscast - Episode 55 - We have a great show for you this week as the team cover League of Ireland, Women’s National League and Ireland’s recent exploits at International level. Dundalk’s back-to-back league winning manager Stephen Kenny talks to Sportscast presenter Gareth O’Reilly and studio panel Macdara Ferris and Dave Donnelly after his side sealed the 2015 title last week. Sligo Rovers boss Micky Adams is our second manager on the show this week as he talks about the Bit O’Red’s season as they battle to avoid relegation. A player determined to get his team off the foot of the table is Limerick striker Vinny Faherty and he is our third guest on the show. Dave Donnelly was in Tallaght the night Dundalk landed the league title at the home of Shamrock Rovers and he has interviews with striker David McMillan and goalkeeper Gary Rogers. Macdara Ferris was on the move this week as he flew over to Poland for the Republic of Ireland’s final group game. He has reaction from Martin O’Neill and also provides his insight into the trip to the Stadion Nardowy. Rounding off the podcast, Aaron Clarke talks to Lisa Casserly after she scored the winning goal to give her side Galway WFC a great start to the WNL 2015/16 season with a victory away to Peamount United.
