SPEAKER_00:

Welcome back to the Conscious Elon podcast, part two of our journaling episodes. Today we will be doing our intention setting for 2026. It's a solo episode with myself, Tess. If you haven't already done the Reflections podcast, I'd advise you to stop and go back and do reflecting on 2025 first before we step into our intention setting for 2026. And I want you guys to really take your time with our answers today. We're going to get really comfy. We're going to do some breath together before we begin. And at any point, when you're where you're needing to, please pause and continue after you finish writing what you need to write. Really take your time, take the space to be able to do this in its entirety. Intention setting is something that Nikki and I have prioritized for many years now. It's our most crucial part, and especially getting into the first couple of days of January, is where we like to do them. We really want to be going with that new new year, new energy, and getting really clear on what we're wanting to get out of it. The people that we want to be showing up as, the humans that we want to support. This is something I want you guys to really take the time now to get super intentional about how you're wanting to spend your 2026. So before we begin, we're going to get nice and comfy. Make sure you've got some water close by. Nice deep breath in through the nose. And full exhale out. In through the nose again. Lots of love in. Final one. Lots of love in. And total exhale out. Beautiful. Let's begin. Excellent. We've got about ten prompts to get through today. And then we're also going to choose a word for the year. If you haven't already, I'd love for you to grab, if you're an OG listener and you've done our intention setting, I'd love for you to grab that out and have a quick little reflect, see how you've gone with the intentions that you set last year. Did you set them and then pop them away in a drawer somewhere and forget about them? Have you followed them and lived them out? Have you consciously or unconsciously become the version of yourself that you wanted to be? Have you lived out your word of 2025? Prompt number one. What values do I want my salon to embody in 2026? And how can I live them daily? I want you guys to think about the values that matter to you the most. What matters to your team, your salon culture, your community, and how we lead them through this consistently? What values do I want my salon to embody in 2026? And how can I live them daily? Prompt number two. How can I create an even more fulfilling experience for my clients and team this year? I want you guys to really think about how you can create an even more fulfilling experience for your clients and your team this year. This is where we can start considering client journey, the services that we're doing, how we're communicating with our team, even the salon environment. How can we be creating a more fulfilling experience for our clients and team? Prompt number three. What would I like to improve in 2026 to lead my team more powerfully and consciously? Let's really get clear on where you want to set intentions for growth that's going to strengthen your leadership, strengthen your communication, your clarity, your presence, your energy. What would I like to improve in 2026 to lead my team more powerfully and consciously? Prompt number four. What are three clear goals I want my salon to achieve by the end of 2026? This is where we really want to use smart goals, ones that are specific, measurable, achievable, and within a time frame. What are three clear goals I want my salon to achieve by the end of 2026? Choose goals that genuinely matter. Not ones that you think will sound good. Really choosing goals that mean something to you. Prompt number five. How can I inspire stronger teamwork within my salon? This is a time where we can really reflect on the ways that we want to build connection, trust, motivation, team building, improving communication, feeling comfortable to check in with each other, creating personal development days or rituals, experiences that will really elevate morale. How can I inspire stronger teamwork within my salon? Prompt number six. What boundaries do I need to set to create healthier work-life balance this year? Now, this is a follow-up to the prompt that we did last week with our reflections of making sure that we had healthy work-life balance. This is where we would get to be really intentional about how it's going to be this year. What boundaries do I need to set to create healthier work-life balance this year? So think about your time, your emotional bandwidth, your availability, your self-care, and how you want to protect your energy. What boundaries do I need to set to create healthier work-life balance this year? Prompt number seven. How can I streamline my salon so everything runs smoothly and with less stress? Prompt number eight. How do I want my salon to be described at the end of 2026? So I want you to think about how you want your clients, your team, your community to be describing the salon. Really visualize how your brand is represented. What's the reputation that you have? What do you want it to be? What needs to shift or be embodied to make this your your reality? How do I want my salon to be described at the end of 2026? Prompt number nine. What are three ways I can invest in my team's growth this year? So I want you to really think about education, think about mentoring, think about training, opportunities, experiences, team development days, team connection days, experiences that will level up your people and support them. What are three ways I can invest in my team's growth this year? Prompt number 10, final prompt. By the end of 2026, I would feel deeply proud if my salon achieved. So I want you to finish that sentence. By the end of 2026, I would feel deeply proud if my salon achieved. What's important to you? What outcome shift or transformation would have everything feeling meaningful and fulfilling. By the end of 2026, I would feel deeply proud if my salon achieved. You're becoming the person that you say that you are. And that next level version of yourself and your business, you can see it. You can reach out and grab it. Thank you guys so much for joining me today on our intention setting podcast. I hope that all the things that you have written down come true for you, and you are able to be the version of yourself that you say that you are. Thank you for being here. May 2026 fill you with all of the things that you're wanting. Love you guys, stay conscious.
