Now, AVENSURE is an HR service and product that's designed for small businesses. And if you don't know, there were some massive changes to HR in 2020, but they sort of went a bit under the radar because obviously, we had this little thing called Covid.

But those changes mean that if you haven't updated your policies since then, the chances are you are probably pretty much higher date in terms of your policies and procedures.
