Honesty First
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
We share why honesty with ourselves is the starting point for real change, especially when we feel stuck, ashamed, or weighed down by the past. We talk through small practical steps that build confidence, protect our peace, and move us towards the version of ourselves we know we can become.
• taking pressure off change and moving at our own pace
• building support systems locally and online so more people can access help • keeping professional mental health support in place while adding holistic wellbeing tools
• recognising when trauma becomes a pattern we keep repeating
• shifting from a victim mindset to ownership without self-blame
• creating boundaries and saying no without guilt
• journaling for clarity, emotional release, and tracking progress
• raising our vibration through nutrition, nature, meditation, music, and self-talk
• being cautious with spiritual services and doing our research
• sharing lived experience to remind others they are not alone

Welcome And Podcast Purpose
SPEAKER_00Guys, welcome. Welcome to another episode of the Core Aura podcast. My name is Sapek Kore, um, and I've created this podcast to share uplifting positive narratives to motivate, encourage, uplift others, empower them to make changes on their own lives, whether that's working on their well-being, whether it's working on their health, whether it's working on their personal circumstances, whether it's working on their personal goals, their self-development. Yeah, we're all about that. So we want to raise the vibration up in here and encourage everybody to go out there and be and embrace your true authentic self, right? Woo! Who would not want that? So, guys, a bit of a bruisey bonus with this episode. I wasn't planning on doing a podcast episode, but had such a great day. We've had a session with an amazing group today. The theme that we were talking about and what was being discussed and shared and what we've learned from one another, it's been amazing. So I thought, you know what, it's gonna be really good if we can just kind of share it out, put it out there, um, and just hope it uplift others and hopefully this may be a form of encouragement for others uh to kind of look inward towards their life. So, guys, welcome. First of all, hope everyone's okay. So anybody that's listening, watching anyone that's listened and watched as well in the past, previously, currently, in the future, just thank you. Like, seriously, guys, I really appreciate this and the support and the feedback that I've got from the previous episode that did um has been amazing. So just thanks, like seriously, because I spoke a bit more on things and it was honest and just the way I communicate, like especially with the episode. I spoke my communications, like how I'm trying to improve it and articulate my words better. Yeah, and then just get feedback on that. It's just been amazing. So thank you so much, guys, for that. I really appreciate it. Like, seriously, like with this path I'm on and just confidence, even to be out here doing this, so to be taught that my content and my train and my communication skills are great. It's just so amazing and appreciate it because this is what it's all about, right? Sharing what we've learned, what we know with others, positivity, just put it out there and encourage others to hopefully make changes on their lives and more inward change, look more inward to find that happiness and for what they're seeking for outside of their life. You're really going to find it inward. So just supporting people on that type of journey. Yeah, after the amazing session we had today, I just thought, you know what, it'll be good just to kind of do a quick episode and just share out what we learned, what spoke on, and just put it out there, the great um conversations we had, um, and just speak a bit more on it on this episode. And hopefully it may help them. And also, you know me, I listen back to the episode, and there are a few things that I want to say that I want to kind of type a few loose ends and things that I did speak on. I just I know listening back myself, how I do go back on my stuff uh to try and look for improvements. I know that okay, I could spoke a bit more about this. Okay, just you know me guys, and I do just want to kind of voice these things and tie up a few loose ends that I said on the last episode, and also I'm doing it at night, so like I said, with the light vibes, I messed up as well with the sound. So I am, you'll notice I wear headphones here and there. I am a bit kind of 2000 and late with a lot of my equipment, but we won't go there. A lot of it's through choice. I do prefer. I'm a bit old school, showing my age now. I do prefer the earphones, and this I love about this journey, though. It's kind of fun things like this, but still doing it and pushing yourself, and these are all new stuff I'm doing. I feel like that bloody movie. Oh, what is it? Well, they work for Google and then the two older guys and the work with younger people, these in interns, inter internship, something like that. And so I feel like that a lot of the time in my equipment, as well as the lighting, all that. But like I said, this is just a brief bonus. The next episodes that I do do do do going forward are going to be with people. I've got an amazing episode coming up with Kiki. Uh, there's just a brief bonus. So, guys, first of all, I do just want to say I hope everyone's all good out here, and they welcomed in January, all good in the hood, and they're doing great things. Those that haven't made any changes or improvements to their life just yet, but they want to, um, and they're feeling quite bad on themselves. Don't feel bad, guys. It's in a race out here. Do you know what I mean? Take it at your own pace. So even you contemplating wanting to make change, knowing that you want you need to make changes is a big step. Even to think like that is massive. So stay on that and hone in on that. And trial and error, go out there. This is what I mean with the podcast. This is what I'm hoping to do. Bring a kind of network together to show you different outlets that are available to you. So I know I'm based in Northamptonshire, um, but it's about going beyond that, showing what other services are available, collaborating with other cities, with other areas, and see how it is for them and just show that as much as well as supporting local in our communities, amazing what's needed, just build and strengthen the health and the outcomes of everyone, people, everyone deserves that great start, not me. It's important as well to expand the reach and put it out there better. Like I said, having grown up in Leicester, my work life, education, school life, experiences, my family's still there, people I know. This is amazing to be able to go back to those communities and help out where I can. And like I said before, embarking on these changes, who'd have thought I would be going back in a way that I am and connecting with some amazing people so far already. You've seen a few already on the um podcast that have shared the amazing stuff that they're doing in their communities, as much as some box future collaborations go forward here in Northamptonshire. And there's also some amazing stuff going to happen in Leicester as well going forward. We have stopping there as well, guys. Uh, that's it. We go up, up, up, expand and expand reach and put it out there as much as we can. We're not just local, we're global out here, and that's what it's all about. That's what we try and do, put it out there to as many people as we can, even being online. Online services have helped massively, which is really good. So, as much as as well, being out in the community, having that human connection, we know as well, not everybody wants that access in that, wants that support, but doesn't want to access it in that way, which is very common, it's very normal, which is okay. Do you know what I mean? Everyone's on their own path, got their own reasons, and that's all good. If you're all if you're out here wanting to make change to improve your life, to feel better, get yourself to a better place. I'm all about that. I'm all about supporting that, guiding that, doing what we can, whether that's collaboration through our professional work, through our messages, through what we offer, through our services, through our elders, human connection, like I said, my women's group coming up. Uh, we've got so many things to announce as that going forward. It's just connecting where we can and helping out through our lived experiences and what we can offer. Like I said, good having some more connections in Nicaragua and the services that I are going to offer, especially honey into groups, marginalized groups, groups where health outcomes are impacted on. We know this through evidence, research, studies, um, Asian communities, the health outcomes, the health conditions, what we're more prone to, more at risk of throughout the lifestyle, through kind of continent, through where we're from. Um, it all varies. So to be able to be a part of that and to get involved um and to elevate change within your communities in that sense and helping out what we can is massive, as well as other kinds of groups as well. And a lot of services available nowadays are online. And sometimes that does suit people. So there are people around that are afraid to leave their house. I've worked with many, I know people that have that fear of even leaving their house, almost an angrophobia type situation. So it's working with that as well. So to be able to provide something online outlook they can listen to as well, to provide that support, um, is also a great thing. Um, and for the amazing people that I've connected with as well on the podcast, through the podcast, through my business, through networking, collaboration, future uh collaborations that are going to be going ahead going forward. Just thank you. And amazing, beautiful beings out here, beautiful souls that are coming together, that genuine change, everyone having that same shared common goal, wanting that for an individual, coming together with what we ought for our skills, our knowledge, our qualifications, our lived experiences, who we are as people, what we want for our spouse, and projecting that and wanting that for others. That's an amazing thing to come collectively to do that. So, and that's what I'm creating here with Core Aura, with this podcast. I want people to come together, putting it out there for people, being that reassuring, supportive outlet, being that change as well as putting it out there for other people. And that's what it's all about, really. So, like I said, it's a great, amazing progress that I've seen with Core Aura, and even going back and saying it like that, these collaborations, even when I spoke on the podcast, how it has been, looking back on the progress of it and where I was in my mind, where I was going with it, where I thought, like I said, I thought I was gonna have a co-host, but now here we are, collaborating with other great people, organizations with what they're doing, movements, messages, uh lifting the community, you know what I mean, raising the vibration out here. It's amazing, honestly, guys. It's so reassuring, especially with all this ugliness that's going on out here. This wickedness is just so uplifting and just reassuring hope for humanity. There's still good people out here, guys. It's about connected with that. Those good people come together to uplift others, let's awaken others. Amazing stuff happening going forward. Uh, with the guests, and also with collaboration within communities with what kind of services we provide, um, and put it out there and let people know, raise the awareness, um, and also show the accessibility of services as well. So it's all about individual need out here, because you'll find that it's not a one size fits all with going to come together with people where they're offering these different services and different ways you can access it. Um, it's just amazing, right? And that's what it's all about people coming together like this in the communities and wanting better for people, people for the people, um, is what I'm all about. So, yeah, and as well to people listening, watching that have done in the past for support, not like monetary spirits, although you know we need them, right? As fuel. Woo! Um, anyone that has listened and watched this podcast and supported it in any way. I'm so grateful. Like, seriously, guys, I appreciate so much. I'm just so grateful. And hopefully this is resonating with people. I hope that it is kind of making some difference in some way for the better for people in a positive way. Yeah, like I said, so I wasn't expected to do this, but because I just had a group session, I thought it'd be great to just come on as well, just put it out there and share it with others. Um, and hopefully it all resonates for anyone with listening or watching. And if you do make it to the end, then thank you. Me being me, um, I did listen back to the previous episode of the podcast that I did record, and I did think, oh, there is a few areas that I do want to kind of expand on, so I thought I'll just add in a little Brucey bone. Um, so where to start, guys. So I did think the whole point of the podcast was to encourage changing people because that's what it's all about going forward with what I do and with Core. It's all about that encouraging positive change in people. Um, and but like I said before, it's not putting pressure on anyone to do that. It's wherever you're at in your stage of life, and if you feel happy, you're at peace, you're all good at here. Do you know what I mean? And there are a few points that I did raise on the previous episode that I did speak on about change, um, finding that right support, which again is still important, guys. So I do hope anybody listening has kind of made those steps or took that on board, like for guided as go forward and are in the right support prize. I know a lot of what I spoke on as well, guys, was about making changes, finding that right support, being in the right spaces. Also, as a health professional, you being a midwife, it's very important as well to find that professional support. Um, and even as well, if you're under currently professional support, like I work with many clients for people that are under professional support, even under medication, under a kind of care plan. So any kind of advice or anything that speak on, and I always say this as well to clients as well, any type of support like that that you may be under, whatever you seek outside of it, anything kind of holistic, always see this as additional to that support. It's not about it's one or the other, it's all about working together. You've I've worked with many people, seen how this is the case. No judgment, have no fear about that. It's not about all of a sudden switching from one to another, not at all. I work with many other health professionals that where we work together, it's holistic, additional to the current care that you're under. So that's why we're working clients, I always raise that with them. It's all about that professional support. Um, and I'm very much about working alongside them uh to help bring an individual to their in change for themselves, however, they decide to do it, guys, because it's up to everybody, any type of service that you need to access, professional support, whether that's therapy services, medication hospital, anything like that, guys, always access those support services, and that's very important. You do so and have an ashamed about that as well. Whatever route you take, your route is very individual, and it's part of you. So I'm not speaking on kind of anyone else's mental health, where they're at in their stages, what they're going through, their trauma, or anything like that. Everybody's on their own path, they've dealt with their own trauma, they're dealing with their own trauma. Really sad out here, guys. Do you know what I mean? And a lot of it is unresolved, so people are at their own stages. Um, so I'm just speaking on my own kind of path that I went through to do with my mental health, um, and putting it out there and sharing a personal experience and hopefully use it be encouraged someone else because they always knew when I overcame my stuff, the deep-rooted stuff as well, which I'll go into more as we go on with the episodes. Like I said, I'm still really in that whole period of working on myself with my learnings, my teachings that I've learned, studying I'm doing currently. I'm still in that phase where I'm holding in on that, doing a lot of background work. But I did just think it'd be quite useful just to come on here, just share a bit of that what we shared, that bit of knowledge, that bit of guidance, just positive words, just to kind of hopefully uplift, resonate, um, and help someone, maybe who knows. Um, but I thought I'm gonna put it out there. And I know I spoke a lot on about how we're faced with many guys, many people, where they can kind of victimize their story and all that jazz, which there are many, there are many that do that, and they're stopping themselves from making those changes. Do you get what I mean? And then they kind of come and victimize it, that becomes then their personality, the reason for why they're not kind of made improvements in their life and not where they want to be in life because something that's happened to them. So, those type of people, guys, we've all met them along our travels. Let's just be honest out here. Do you know what I mean? Or we have may have them still a close enough vicinity, uh, and that's okay. But there are badass people out here that have gone through deep trauma, and a lot of it's unresolved for people. You won't even know it by seeing people speaking to them, but they're still out here trying, making improvements, trying to overcome that trauma. Like I said, people can't use it to victimize themselves, but there are people that are using it to overcome it, these adversities that they're basically. So, a lot of when I say about making deep roots changes, it's about making those changes. There is a lot of trauma in people, people are carrying a lot of sad emotion out here. Um, like I said, it wasn't this isn't planned. Um, but because we had such a great session today and the theme that we spoke about, I thought it'd be really good just to put it out there as well, just to encourage you to put out some of the positive words for others, and hopefully that can help um take from there. And the key thing was honesty, um, and that's what it was about, being honest with yourself. That was the theme. And I thought it was such a great topic, what we spoke on. It was obviously like uplifting, it was making changes to ourselves and what that actually means and what type of changes we're talking about. Like I said, for some it's very deep rooted. It's not just like, yeah, what weight loss, I want this, I want this type of change, superficial. Some people are going through very unresolved, deep trauma. So it's confronting that kind of. So, like I said, it was a really deep session with this group, and it was amazing because what we spoke on, what people released, and what we learned from one another has been amazing. Um, and was about making the changes, but like we said, as much as it was like finding that support to have you make those changes, it's really up to ourselves to make those changes. Um whatever those changes mean to you, it's very individual to how you're feeling. And path in life has been different to anyone else. But it's very unique in that. Although like the emotions come through the same, we experience the same emotions of anger, sadness, guilt, shame, embarrassment, resentment, the circumstances in which they come through are different. There's like people are on different stages of how they're dealing with it and what they've just kind of gone through in life. So it's kind of meeting people where they're at, at what stage they're at, um, and supporting people with that. Um, but also as well, as much as we have those emotions and we're dealing with those emotions, um, it's also now getting to a point where you need to then replace those emotions, and that can easily, easily be done. Because what you'll find a lot of what we have gone through, of course, is horrible, really unresolved in the end, but a lot of it is taking ownership of what they can and being honest with yourself as well. Because when I mentioned the whole thing about when people victimise themselves, it's like they're putting it on others and blaming others. Do you know what I mean? And of course, there is a lot of like there is some nasty, ugly stuff that has been done to people that wicked, wicked, and it's not through their own fault. Imagine what these people are living with, their feelings, their emotions, how they feel themselves. Um, and guys, it's unfair of you, so this is what I mean it's all about making those types of changes, how you feel evil towards yourself, your self-esteem. What is stopping you from making those changes? Like you have this vision of a better version of yourself, but you feel so afraid to become that. So, what is it that's stopping you guys? Like, don't do that to yourself. Probably spent enough time bloody feeling like this towards yourself, blaming yourself on shit and feeling so bad and uh sad, don't know where to start, afraid, you're afraid to voice it, you can feel shame, resentment, anger, you're just dealing with so much emotion. Do you know what I mean, guys? So it's about changing that type of energy. When I speak on, which we will go more into as we go on, further episode, energy is massive, and all that is is emotion is just that energy emotion. So it's about changing these types of emotions because I even spoke on before about how it is about changing the way we think, which it is, that is the way to start. Even by just deciding that you're gonna make changes, that in itself is gonna change everything up because you're then thinking from a different lens. Of course, that's gonna take time to set in place because you've had these conditioned habits in place for such a long time. So it's overcoming those. But the first thing you can do is change the way you think towards things, change how you're giving meaning to certain situations, certain circumstances, certain reasons why you're feeling the way you are, change the meaning towards it, the thinking towards it, using your mind as well, thoughts, but imagine a version of yourself, who you want to become, because you're capable of it, guys, and it is really honing in and finding out what it is that's blocking you. So, like I said, about the whole journaling, that's really important to do because by journaling, you're putting it out there on paper, but with that as well, guys, you have to be really honest with yourself because there's a lot of stuff we avoid because we're afraid to face that, we feel guilt on ourselves. Um, we avoid it because it will take a lot of accountability, ownership will be shit in a lot of situations, and a lot of us don't want to face that. We feel embarrassed, we feel shame, we don't want to admit that. A lot of us are carrying bloody egos, we have too much pride to kind of admit that. It's easy to blame other people, rather take ownership, accountability of the part you played in your situation. Do you know what I mean? But without the blame game, because there is a lot of that, guys. And on my journey when I was making these changes, I was avoiding it a lot. A lot of the changes I could have made, I was avoiding a lot of it. Um you just I didn't want to face it. There were easier options just to find forms of kind of escapism from it, just putting on a front right, putting on that mask we do, and that was easier for me, honestly, with yourself where you are, and it's not like blaming you, like you're dumbass, you've got yourself here, not at all. You've probably been doing that enough already. So it's stopping that even and not having that shame going towards yourself, that there's just really no need, guys. Just accept where you are and know that you can get to a better place. So even thinking that and then making those small steps to reach that, and even what you want out of life, people think that they need to find a purpose, a goal, a career. I need to know what I'm doing. You need to have kind of certainty in what you're doing, in where you're going. But just don't at the moment, the way you're feeling, let's just kind of balance that out. So pursue you, pursue you even, let that be your pursuit. It's being proud of you, man. And don't have any shame. Even anything of our past, we do. That look into our past, and we have almost like shame, guilt, blame. We're living in situations current where we feel guilt almost, where we're too afraid to speak up. And like I said, this advice, guys, what we put out out here, it may not have no relevance to any to some people, they may not find any kind of use with this. It may not kind of resonate. And that's all good. But I'm hoping anybody out there that has reached a point where they're just sick of waking up and feeling so fed up or being so fed up, right? There is shitty things, let's be honest, like out here going on in this world. There is some shitty, wicked ass things going on. Such wickedness, ugliness. But this is more saying now the time for everybody collectively to come together better, raise that vibration of the ugly shit that's going on. Not let it harvest our energy in that way, but now let's look more into inward change. Um, and also, guys, with what I speak on, it comes very much from my own path out here. Um, so it's not judging anybody's mental health path out there. Going forward, it's gonna be about some tips and guidance, just of where to start. One with what I do, qualifications, and even now going forward, what are we offering with these practices, these services? It I'm also speaking on my own experiences, my lived experiences, my personal experience, what I even went through myself, guys, which like I said in the previous episode, I have spoken on. So it's honing on that and going through what I did, what helped me, and putting it out there and just raising awareness, and guidance, positive words to hopefully uplift, motivate others. Um, and hopefully it resonates really as well, reassuring to know that you're not alone in your thinking. Sometimes we do as well. We're afraid to voice it because we think we're the only ones thinking it or have going through it, have gone through it. So it's really important that people do voice their past and what they've been through just to reassure the next person to know that there is hope out there. So wherever you think you are on your journey, how you feel towards yourself, the kind of changes you want to make. It's really important to kind of speak on it more, what helped us personally through our lived experiences. Because as much as we have our qualifications, we will earn all last education and all that jazz. Um, me, I'm a massive believer as well in the whole lived experience from it, how that can resonate with the next person. Because me personally, I like to hear from people that have gone through me to really resonate. And so I think it does play an important role in that. I do speak on my kind of personal path and what I went through as a form of encouragement, not to drone on one of those kind of things, you know, to get me onto the next stage and the X factor or anything. Not a sob story like that. Not at all. It's because of what at that time, how I felt, and then how when I overcame it, and then the way I feel. Like, don't get me wrong, guys, it's still an ongoing process, the whole healing journey as well. Because that's what I've realized it actually is a healing journey in order to really truly find this yourself, yourself that you kind of lost along the way almost. I know I touched on about how people can sometimes victimize their stories, and how I did say everyone has got a story, and that is very much the case. But there are some that are carrying a lot of trauma, a lot of weight, and they're still out here doing, working on themselves, trying to make those changes and speaking on their story because it's helping them overcome their stuff, getting into a better space, and you're on the right path, and it's amazing. And feel proud, feel proud as well if you are taking those steps, even being able to recognize that, hit that point and admit it to yourself and that honesty you have with yourself. And if you are on that point and you're feeling kind of crappy about things, because you're on that type of journey where a lot of it is taking accountability, ownership of stuff, and it is sad, it's unfortunate that we are kind of put in positions where take some kind of behavior which we know we won't take now after working on yourself. So you do go through that period of guilt, shame, embarrassment, angry at yourself that you put yourself in a position to be able to let somebody take advantage of your kindness, niceness even. There is a big difference, guys, going forward. So we can be kind people out here, but nice is a whole different ball game, okay? You're on say if you are on a similar path, gone through a similar journey, but I've spoken on myself as a bit of an awakening. You do go through periods of that where you feel kind of already feel those kind of emotions, guilt, shame, but then you almost feel because you overcome your situations, then you kind of look at those situations. And how I mentioned as well on the previous episode, we're looking into the past, we're looking at better times. Those better times that I thought I was looking back on were really not. Do you know what I mean? And everything that I wanted and thought were better times, it really wasn't. And I thought they were better times because where I was at a point, when I look back on those better times, they weren't really better times. Because when I think about where I am in life and what I'm doing, I've never had these feelings. I've never felt like this towards myself, had this confidence, confident with myself, confidence to be able to speak out loud, confidence to be able to speak on my likes, my passions now that I know what they're confidence to even speak on stuff, even to speak on what I believe in, speak on my side of things, my perspective. I used to be kind of a yes person, yes, no, but now I'm like, actually, I have this belief system. I like to voice that this is who I am, authentic to me. Because it's all about that, guys. And I know, like I said, that's become a kind of buzzword to people be authentic, whatever that means, just be you, do you, be you, boo, right? Um, but to me, I feel like I am being authentic to me. So and even flaws and all, that's what I'm talking about as well. Sometimes when you don't get it right and come across the same way, maybe, or whatever, just being authentic to me. Sometimes these flaws as well that you're dealing with, it's not about even changing that, it's about aligning with who you are. So, like I said, so I've not kind of been authentically me, and I don't think many of us are really so it's about working together to get everyone to be that it's about being confident in who you are, speaking and expressing yourself, um, and not being afraid to voice it. Sigment that and we lead busy lives, do you know what I mean? Especially like not always especially, don't know that how it is the dudes, but as women guys, we know how it is, right? A lot, and we do that. We're very much known to be that. Women naturally, we're more nurturing, we're known to give out a lot of our energy, resources, time, all that jazz. Um, we neglect ourselves. It's well known. Sometimes neglect in such a way manifests physically through physical illness illness, ailments, symptoms, sadness, you know, comes through mentally, uh, mental health, spiritually, emotionally. We feel that imbalance for ourselves. Um, you're still out here going through all that, gone through all that, and you're still out here giving to other people. It's about relaxing on that as well, guys, because I've noticed as well that it's the jungle out here. People recognize your empathy like that, your kind of great energy, your good energy, your kindness. People take advantage of that, and that's the real talk. Do you know what I mean? So it's protecting your peace, boundaries, creating healthier boundaries for your own well-being. As individuals, I was very much that person, guys. I would carry other people's weight and I would neglect myself massively. And I was afraid to create those boundaries, afraid to say no, afraid for people's reactions, hurting other people's feelings, whereas what I was doing to myself wasn't great. It's shocking. And now to be where I am is just amazing, and it's to encourage other people that may be going through that type of life, feeling those kind of emotions they've feeling to live that bloody life with their people piecing out here. And I'm not judging it, I get it. It's deeply conditioned, those types of behaviors, and it takes a lot to completely undo that way of thinking, that way of thinking that that's your role, that accepting that you think that's who you are, but it's really not, guys. It's not serving your purpose. You're not coming home and laying your head down and having peaceful thoughts. Instead, you're something's eating you up inside. You feel so afraid, too nice to even speak on it, and you're pouring and giving and giving to others and not dressing your own stuff, it's slowly destroying yourself and you know you are. Don't get to that because then you'll get to a point where you look back and it'll have been years and you'll have been stuck on autopilot. Guys, when I say about wanting to make these changes, I'd wanted to do these changes for years. I was lost an autopilot, not living a great life, carrying out really bad habits, not great. Like I said, neglecting myself and having my job, relationships, all of the above. Um, it was going on for years, years. Um, and there was very much that whole then process of the stop start, stop, start, wanting to do it, do improvements for a few days, then going back, going back into that habits, going back into those old patterns, whatever you want to call them, and feeling that guilt on yourself. There was a lot of that for years. Um, and feeling so and then feeling so more down on yourself because you weren't capable of making mistakes, changes. You do it for a bit, have a high, and then relapse, and then you feel like crap. So I would dealt with that for a lot for years. So not to say that's gonna take years for the next person. Hopefully, with what I'm saying, I want to try and avoid that. Probably spent years enough yourself on that. That anybody that I want to resonate with, I want to resonate with people where to stay, and that way of thinking today, guys. It is possible there is a change we can do of wherever you want to go for life, whatever you want. It's not about physical as well, it's not about tangible goods in that sense, it's about how you feel inside of yourself, and only you yourself is gonna know because you're gonna know how you felt at such low. Oh, look at me, that rhyme. Quite lyrical gangster from a song, by the way, guys. These are things as well. I never was about this life, I never was someone to journal. Even voices speak like this on the camera, do recording, doing kind of like videos or anything like that, even being on the screen and speaking out loud like this. I never was this person, and naturally I don't think I am, but I feel like I have to be this type of person when it comes to core aura and what what it's all about and what it represents. And it's through that inner change, that changes I made, I want it to represent that. I feel like I have to do it to voice these words, to put it out there for anybody that's out there feeling like that. Those points, that load they may have hit, feelings towards themselves, they're thinking due to circumstances, and even that, there's circumstances that have happened to us where, like I said, we have had no choice in earth. So dealing with that, overcoming that, and not feeling bad on it, and not feeling like a failure on yourself, whatever the circumstance is. Things that are out of our control, it can be very deep, it can be very traumatic for people, kind of impact, affect people's massively. Like I said, everyone's on their own individual path. And I'm all about human connection. I'm just out here telling people about the journey that I'm on, been on, what I've overcome, that low I hit, the changes that I made, voicing it out like this, the way I am, doing what I'm doing, is putting it out there for anyone that has been in that low state, felt like shit, probably feeling like that, not knowing where to go. I want these words to kind of put them out there to resonate, believe the person, give them that hope, that faith, and let you know, guys, you're gonna be alright, you're gonna see better times. But don't get me wrong, it's hard work, like I said, it's addressing shit, taking ownership of your shit as well. There's gonna be a lot of that as well. So you will go through periods of that when you make these changes, and a lot of people avoid it because of that, they don't want to face that, they don't want to face those emotions. But sometimes you do have to do that. It's not to blow the torture yourself at all of anything, you have to reach that point because it's not you. But these emotions, this feeling you have, meaning that you're giving to stuff, it's holding you back from the true youth. So it's overcoming that and realizing all these things that you think towards yourself, these emotions, it's really not you guys. It's really not. So it's having to go through those muddy waters, tread through that when you are making changes, you are gonna be in the trenches in many stages of this, but just stay on it and stay strong, guys. And you've got this, you're not always gonna get that motivation that bloody goes out the window. I'm telling you now. But it's knowing why you're doing what you're doing, imagining where you can as well again. Use your thoughts, you're in command of the way you think towards shit. Use that time as well. Imagination is key. What does Einstein say? It's the preview of life's events, right? Something like that. But imagination is key, guys. Imagine that version of who you want to be, and spend a few moments thinking that you can make steps towards yourself to get yourself to that place, guys. And it might seem unrealistic to you and the way you're feeling, but you really can get to that point just trusting yourself. That's why I'm very key on that. But you trusting yourself once you learn about yourself, because once you learn about yourself, you will start realizing all your bloody capabilities. But it does, like I said, it takes this kind of dark period of addressing the shit and doing it. Because, like I said, with journey, going back to it, sorry, going off on a tangent there, guys. Going back on these are things that I wouldn't even have done myself a few years ago before I made these changes, and what you've seen now, it's all completely different version of who I was years ago before I made these changes. Um, to better myself to kind of think, to get me out of such sticky stitches. I was looking at life. Circumstances, force, many have happened in my life that kind of were key to the way I was thinking, the more the way I kind of got myself into that state. Pressed a lot, you didn't want to face it. A lot of those emotions that I've spoken went through with your own circumstances. It's overcoming that and being that kind of voice for somebody to say, guys, you're gonna be okay after being in such dark, low feeling. You're gonna be okay, and it's finding that right support for you. And like I said, so journal, what is it that you want out on life? Do an analysis of your life, go back to was there a time where you felt like your true self? Do you know what I mean? Where you're vibing and loving life and excites the future where you were, um, and you want to reach that state, and you'll know as well a lot of it is just letting go of a lot of stuff. Seriously, we hold on to a lot, it weighs us down, but that's okay. It's part of the human experience, right? Feeling all these emotions and say not forever, guys, like I said. And there is such simple ways where we can change it up, such simple yet tough to keep it going. Big simple, just like that. You can change it up by even thinking and knowing you're gonna make those changes. That in itself is a step, and then from there, like I said, just creating that new emotion to get that energy and different motion towards it, give it different meaning of what you're thinking out here, circumstances, anything, the things that are really impacting you. A lot of it isn't looking back on better times, a lot of it is looking back on shitty times, traumatic times, times that are really deeply impacting you, that you had no say in no choice in, no control over. That takes time to overcome. So, wherever anybody is in their journey, stay strong, no judgment, and don't let anybody have that judgment of you. Don't let anyone maybe feel like that either. Don't feel like that towards yourself either. Let it go, guys. You're gonna say, Yeah, write it down. So, those things, what is it? Imagine that version of yourself, write it down as well. What do you know about yourself? Because a lot of us are looking down on ourselves, thinking that we're kind of not offering anything to ourselves or having any purpose, even that, we've got to drop that, guys. Let your purpose be you at this point. You are your purpose. So, who are you? You find you'll go on such an adventure, and like I said, and you want out a life. So, whether it is more excitement, whether it is you're in relationships that you want to improve on, you want to kind of get out of, you want to create more of, you want them to be more meaningful, it's making steps towards that. You want more excitement, whether it's traveling more, learning new language, you want to leave your job, you want to change jobs, you want a um promotion, you want to start a business. Bloody hell, I'm all about that, guys. If you want to be able to do that, do that. But whatever you want to do back here, give it a go. Speaking of journaling, I'm gonna kind of finish off by reading an extract from my journal when I first started doing it. It was June 2020 when I made these changes. But like I said, um for a very long time, I was trying to, for years, I was trying to make changes. Now things were creeping up, but then COVID, the pandemic kicked in, how it was everything was sort of up in the air, restriction on everything, human connection, all that jazz. Like anything could happen to anyone. That was it, and I think as well, I hit had hit my lowest, my lowest where there's no way out. And like I said, it did take me praying when I've mentioned about God being instrumental. I and it was sad I'd got to a point where I was losing faith in that. So that's when I knew I was on kind of dangerous territory, and this isn't gonna go in a good way. So, like I said, it was almost like just surrendering, like put it out to God, and guys, as well, it wasn't just kind of one prayer, that was it, done, here we go. That's nothing like that. God puts you to work. So, guys, it's not as simple as that. Just do a simple prayer, and that's it. Asking shall receive, right? And there you go. There we go, guys. There we go. The world wouldn't be in the bloody date it is that was the case. Like, come on, people can't think. I hope people didn't think that. I hope there wasn't anyone that thought that when I said that. Surely not. But it was constantly having faith that I knew it was gonna be okay, and I just knew I had to do it, and it was feeling that around me, that presence, confirmation that's gonna be okay. Uh, what that did take was deep inner work, continuous prayer, continuous faith that it was gonna be okay, continuous ways yourself, pushing myself, no matter how small the change was, the improvement was, the progress was. Each day I had I knew I had to do something. I had to do something that was bigger and better than the previous day. That's what it's all about, just improving and bettering yourself each day as much as you can, no matter how small that change is, because it's all about for yourself. And like I said, you'll get that sense of self, sense of achievement where you'll want to do it more, guys. Like seriously. Um, so it's about creating that and that self-belief, that self-trusting yourself to do it. So, one of my other factors was confidence. So, to hear people say that I my confidence, like my myself, I myself I feel more confident. Still got work to do, like to do my confidence, which I'm working on. But my health has massively improved my fitness, like I said, considering being at the hospital, I've never really been that kind of exercise-based, kind of sporty-spice person. So, to be this one now is just amazing. And I love that whole journey of it and learning about fitness, being more in sync with your body. We have to look after your vessel as it ages for that better quality, for that vitality, that better energy. Um, equally as well, actually, as your body ages, things are gonna naturally slow down, and you are gonna see those bloody changes. So it's kind of accepting that, embracing it, aging, like I said, is a gift to be able to see your vessel age as a gift. There's many people that we know of that haven't made it through tragic circumstances, and just in general, there are many people that haven't made it to this age, that won't get to age. So we should be really appreciative that we are in positions where we are on that journey and feeling that stage in life, right? Many people have been lost and they haven't got to see this age or see this whole process of aging, so we should embrace it more, and that's what I'm trying to lead with and have that kind of outlook towards aging because it can be quite a thing to accept, right? Uh, if there's women having conversations in general, you know, there's that fear as well. We age and we look back on life and we think, well, we haven't achieved what we wanted out of life, and maybe that is the case. We have got to that life, and I felt like that one adds approach for you. But there is no need to feel like that, guys. You could change the way you're feeling, it's not about tangible, what you can see in front of you, it's about how you feel. You can change that, and that would change your whole outlook. It's never too late to start, never too late to make any kind of changes and um and even just changing your way of thinking. You can do it, guys. So, like I said, just even knowing, thinking, making that decision today for yourself that you're gonna make those changes and then you're gonna get to work. But like I said, it is hard, it's challenging out there, but just know that you have got it. So, like I said, these are the kind of things that we did speak about in this group session today that I had. We said about great ways that we can raise your vibrations, raise your vibration naturally. That's you know we're like vibrational beings. Um, high vibration is all about that. Getting yourself from a negative state to a positive state, um, changing your emotion, and by doing that, your energy flow, its motion, it's gonna be completely different, and it's gonna have you on a better vibration. You're gonna feel it physically, you're gonna feel it mentally, you're gonna feel it spiritually, you're gonna feel it emotionally, and you're gonna see it through better health, through better way of thinking, through better inner happiness, through more peace with yourself, you're gonna feel better overall. And small changes, as much as I mentioned as well, I touched on what we consume, is very important. Energy is food. So, as much as I work with clients and tell them the importance of that, what we consume, through what we eat, better nutritional habits, healthier eating, we can raise our vibration by eating better. Foods, so that means kind of more foods that are going to help you give you better energy, um, gonna give you that vitality, things that are more wholesome, nutrient dense, um, that are gonna be more in balance with your body, that are gonna help with your whole body, the way it works, be more in sync, digestive systems, it's gonna help benefit all your body systems, and you're gonna feel better eating habits, and also connected with nature, better content, meditation, and like future now go for my future services. Part of it is gonna be meditative, uh meditation practices, but with that as well, meditation, it's very kind of individual to a person that can vary. It takes a lot to get yourself into that state again. That's something that I'm kind of learning still, and learned through my studying, and through as well when I was making personal changes, it's about practicing uh your own art to it and what works for you. And a lot of people struggle to kind of sit sit with themselves for that long or be in that space and be the right setting, and you have to do what works for you. Don't force it if you don't want to sit there in that closed eye state. Find a way where you can do it through another way, through music, frequency of lifting is gonna have you vibrate, it connects with you. That's why I say it's very important. What we listen to, words as well, very important, what we consume, conversation, self-talk, little things like this are gonna raise our vibrations, meaningful connections with people, her being around those right support systems, boundaries as well, creating them. Everyone's on their own individual journey. We're all out here trying to figure out life plan and doing what we think is best. So, as much as you understand other people's actions, we ourselves can kind of change that through getting yourself in a positive state, and we do this through the way we think, through our actions, through creating boundaries, protecting your peace, protecting your aura, focusing on your inner work, being consumed by positive energies, being honest to your truths, taking ownership of the shit, um, and realize then a lot of where you where we are, where we are in our circumstances as well. There's that other side to it, is down to your own choices, it's consequences of your own choices. So it's overcoming that and accepting that as well. A lot of us don't want to face that and be accepted of that. But that is really key, guys. And there is nothing to feel bad about it, it's not to make feel bad or anything like that, it's just to be accepting of it as well and acknowledging it, and with that as well, acceptance of that, it then gives you that awareness um and a different way of moving forward because you have to gain acceptance of that and recognize that about yourself in order then to create these new boundaries, these new patterns, these new habits for yourself. So, in that sense, by doing all these changes to yourself where you can, this naturally is going to help you feel better. That's why I'm so happy and grateful that I've kind of documented um my podcast, um, because it's checking your progress. So, guys, a great place to start to start now, start journeying. Like I said, so journaling is something that I never have kind of did, and it has been known. The more I looked into it, that just show how beneficial it can be. It can help release thoughts, emotion, it can help gain clarity. Um, and like I said, really therapeutic. But once I did it, I just saw release. I needed to find that I was looking for outlets to get me to where I needed to be, how I needed to feel. I was letting myself down. And I did not want to live with that regret, live with that regret. I was already living with it. And I'll be honest, there are kind of some regrets that we are gonna live with. But I just didn't want to further that regret that you didn't go out there and do it because I knew I would be looking back on it, thinking, should have fucked on it that should have done it, should have put itself out there. So it was that something nudging at me, knowing, knowing that what I who who I was presenting as, who I was who I was out here in the world, that wasn't me. I was putting on a mask, a facade, and I think many of us are. But yeah, like I said, but there were pockets of me that I did recognize my true self, and it was connected with that, and it was thinking, she's in there, you just got lost along the wayside. So it was realigning with that version of me, and not being afraid as well to be. There are some parts of me as well that I'm even me to, and it's learning so it's kind of studying yourself, learning about yourself, holding in on that inward change, acceptance of who you are, you're learning so much about yourself, and you're more confident and self and assured and accepting of it, and you're okay with it. Because, like I said, I went through many years where I wasn't okay with the right words. I really looked down on myself. I had these ill feelings, sadness, saw myself as a failure at many points. As crazy as that sounds, I just can't believe that I'm doing stuff like this, guys. That's to be in such a state to get into where I am now, so much more to come, like I said. And but it is, I voice it more to put it out there for other people as reassurance to let you know that guys, you're gonna be okay documenting your progress and the changes that you're about to embark on. Stop documenting. So when you do go through periods where your lack of motivation, you kind of go through challenges, questioning shifts up another stage you go through as well. It's really good to look back on it as well and use that as a positive push to get you going, fuel to remind yourself as well while you're on it. Because I've found this journaling, it has been a massive part of my life. Even just documenting, look, documenting on the podcast, looking back on it, my progress, and that really helps me. It really encourages me, it pushes me, reminds me why I'm doing what I'm doing. I've seen the progress as well. It just oh, it's amazing, and so grateful for where it's going, like I said, and that I'm capable of doing it and just proud of it because sometimes you do get days where you question shit and all that, because it can be very tough out here, like I said. Um, even going the whole route of starting a business, but I love it and where I'm going with it. Progress I've seen with it. There's little moments, serendipity moments, even that you can't even explain on this path, just the way things sometimes fall in place. As much as I speak on challenges, force bloody have come for sure. It's not about that. What keeps me going is these moments that with things fall in place, and you just know that it's all part of God's plan and what you're doing, you feel so connected and so alive, guys. For someone that didn't feel alive, felt so dead inside. Feel like this is just amazing. And you want this for everyone, you want to help support in any way I can guide people, awaken that in them as well. I'm very passionate about that, and that's what I want Core Ori to represent as well. So through these small changes, and I can't wait to go forward, where can we click on that? So now looking back at my progress, because like I said, I was checking out other avenues. So as much as I said, guys, I looked at like philosophical stuff, like motivational speakers, stuff like that. I also looked at ancient teachings, religious teachings. I learned about the world, um, conspiracy theories, which aren't those anymore, guys. You'll find we shouldn't start renaming them, spoiler alert. Um, because you'll find the veil is coming down. Do you know what I mean? But it's all about that breaking that illusion because don't fall for all this out here as well. There's some horrific going ons out here, and now is the time even more so to come together. Collectively, there's the awakening. You can feel this internal shift with people, where people are being awakened to shit, um, to this illusion, to seeing that they want more. Like I said, it's very individual. You yourself are the only one that's there with your thoughts and how you think towards stuff, how you're feeling towards your life, feeling towards anything, it's on you. Just reassuring that person that you're gonna be okay, whatever emotion you're holding, don't hold it any longer. You probably hold have held it long enough, and it's time to say, Bye-bye, that bitch. But like I said, it does take very intense work, but just know that you've got it in you to do that um and find that right support that was gonna help is gonna help you for another professional, social support, support system, family and friends that you can truly trust that are gonna be there. People put it out there, reach out, reach out to people that are going through this, where you want to be in life, guys. We're at a time in the world in life as well, this era where we have access to all the knowledge that is, ancient teachings, guidance, the answers, anything that we're looking for. We can't expect people to give us the answers. This is what it's all about, as well. As much as we're out here giving guidance and all that, that's exactly it. Just guidance. So we're not saying this is the way, guys, this is the only way that's gonna work for you to get you to a better state. Not at all, guys. So I do hope I don't come across as that. And I've never been one to say that. And it's not about that. No one's got the answers out here. You ain't got the answers today, nobody has. It's about what brings you comfort, what brings that positive change, steps that have helped me, steps that have helped with clients that I've worked with, steps that have helped with groups, people, anyone that I've worked with, families, friends, conversations that I have, the changes that I've made that have helped massively what I do as a business. It's just putting it out there and saying that here's a way that worked for us, guys, um, and possibly it may do the same for you. So it's putting it out like there, guys. It's not like we've got the answer and nobody else has. I implore anybody, I always encourage that, guys, take ownership of your health and ownership, autonomy of your own life. What is it that you want for your health, for your finances, even for your type of relationships do you want that in? What type of job do you want to work? Do you want a business? What is it that you want to do? What kind of hobbies do you want to take on? What kind of you want a family? Do you not? What is it? What is it that you want out of life? And really decide and create that for yourself. You've got it in you. I'm telling you now, like I said, it's hard work, so you're going to be addressing a lot of shit. You've got to get honest with yourself, just knowing that you've got it, and there's plenty of support systems out here in the community for you to access. But like I said, it's just really knowing what you want and being clear in that, not letting anyone else direct you again when we speak of Chinese astrology, the year of the snake that we've just kind of finished in. The last bloody few weeks have been hoo. I don't know if anyone else got that kind of internal energetically, bloody hell. But the year that's coming up is all about the fireworks energy, it's all about momentum, but it's also all about self-leadership, autonomy, taking care and control of yourself. It's about also being aware of what your health. So if you have professional support, support, guidance, you hear from others as well. Do your own homework, whatever it is you do hear about. It's all trial and error, what works with you. I've always advise clients as well. That's why I have a discovery call with my services prior to taking anything on. It's always important to have a discovery call to work out our methods. This is the way we work, it's been known to work through our how we work with our clients in the community, works with me. Um, and we just put it out there. And if the kind of that method works with you, great, come on down. Um, but if not, then feel free to shop around. It's all about what aligns with you, what works with you. And you are going to go through trial and error. There are going to be kind of things that you do in the life. We all go through things that thing that don't work, but they're all lessons, they're all experiences, whatever we're going through in life, just make it a good experience. Goals we have, a whole experience of what you go through, and that's the fun thing. Learn about yourself and not just being on this adventure of door of the explorer and not getting anywhere, you'll gain progress, see changes in you that you never thought you were capable of making. Like I said, you just learned so much about you, it becomes quite a fun path, guys. Come on down if you're up for it. But it's about that, working with clients, then letting them take accountability. So as much as I'm supportive, I give that guidance about awake, awakening what's already in you, within you, your capabilities. Sometimes we lose that trust in ourselves, we don't think we're capable. We lean very much on other people to to decide things for us. Think they have the answer, which many do in those capacities where they have that further knowledge, that skill set, train for it, and all that jazz, but equally to know your body, your needs, your wants, your desires, what you want out of life, anything like that, that is down to you, your happiness, but getting at peace, meaning to your own life. That is down to you and the changes you make, and you're capable of making. So, yeah, I look forward to working with clients like this going forward, guys. And I think as well, it's helped me my further study. And like I said, it's giving me kind of more skills, tools that you could pass on to people, clients. And that's all we're doing out here, guys. Just giving you outlets where helping you gain more tools to get through challenges in life, helping you get to a better place, better space. These tools that we offer things that work with us that may not work for the next person. A lot of things out here, it isn't about a one-size-fits all. Do you know what I mean? I'm very much about individualized one-to-one care. As much as well, I do community work, group work, you have to be on that vibe. The group workers well, you have to be on that vibe where I break to want that change. A lot of what we say, it won't resonate with people. People won't be on that vibration to kind of receive this message. But I'm saying that, but that's all good. Everyone's on their paths. I wish everybody, like I would say, well out here on their beautiful last journeys. So it's all individual. It's all about what kind of individual change you're looking for, what kind of support you're looking for, and never feel any shame in that on your path. Anyone's got the answer, you should be doing that. Even with what I'm saying, guys, not at all. I'm just saying these books have done my journey through life, my mental health, my physical health, emotional health, spiritually, it's changing me up completely. And it's from getting such through a low space, being at a low space to get where I am. Took little steps, applying it into my own life. But like I said, so journaling is a great place to start, accepting the fact, acknowledging it, going through that period. I want to kind of let people know that that's the case, very common, read about it as well, what you're feeling, watch it, watch podcasts. I used to consume a lot of that. I was very intense that at the start, especially because it was about creating those new habits that almost changes like your brain chemistry, creating new, like neural pathways. Because and imagine you've been living with these conditioned habits. Your brain's gonna be thinking at a certain place because it's been conditioned to think like that. This is a millions-year-old device we're talking about. It's not here for a happiness, it's here to keep us that danger, safety, to keep us safe, comfortable. Um, so it's working against that. So when you first make these changes, you're gonna find that your brain's gonna automatically be like, yo, bitch, what's happening here? And try and get you back to that comfortability stage. Because overcoming that isn't gonna feel kind of normal at first. You have to stay on it consistently and gradually you feel the change and push yourself and be around people that are on those types of changes as well, to push one another. That's what it's all about. And I found that really helps being around spaces like that, being around people that are where you want to be, also. That's amazing. Surround yourself by people where you want to be, that's uplifting in itself. Sharing your dreams, aspirations, your hopes, being around uplifting people that makes a dramatic difference, meaningful conversation, guys. If you're not getting that from anybody else, there's no response, receptiveness, then you've got to say bye-bye to that. Seriously, it's a lot of hard decisions you'll have to make. The more that you evolve and grow and recognize your own patterns, you would then not want to be around other people with those patterns. There's only so much you can call it out, help someone, but people need to help themselves. And if you're surrounded by people that aren't helping themselves, and if anything, they're kind of dragging you down. Let's be honest, you don't want to be around any of that kind of negative talk, doom and gloom. You want to kind of avoid that, guys. Even have a same line with the whole social media of bloody mainstream news. All that you see is doom and gloom. Do not do that. It's another form of kind of getting you in a kind of hypnotic state. It's not good, it's not gonna kind of serve you any purpose. I've been reading no stick of rag out here either, newspapers, all that. Who wants to know about doom and gloom out here? Positive, uplifting content. Of course, we're surrounded by that, but we're gonna observe it but not absorb it going forward. Very important, not letting anyone take your energy like that. Any kind of negativity, any doom and gloom, cut it out and be assertive enough to voice it. Say as well, another part of this journey, guys, where you're making changes like is to improve yourself, to grow, evolve. You recognize the patterns, and then you have to kind of put boundaries to that as well. Even cut off, even have to cut off certain kind of relationships, friendships, situations, circumstances. You have to let them go because they're not serving you a purpose at all. Like I said, I'm very much believing with family is very much different in some circumstances because these are conditioned, it's generational. This is where we should be creating space for conversation. A lot of that is, a lot of it is taboo where we're not being taught to be in touch by the emotions and address and stuff. We've been taught to just kind of back up, shut up, but just get on with this shit. A lot of people go through that cultural pressures, um, religious pressures um in our communities. So it's overnight conversation with that, and we can't change stuff. If anything, kind of that changing outlook towards these conditioned uh generational, older generation, even a lot of them are lost in what they have kind of projected and put on to the next generation. A lot of them have been conditioned where they think where they've been taught to think we're so afraid of community, the road, what other people think. That's been deeply ingrained in people, conditioned in people. But it's up to us to acknowledge it, be at a big age, like I said, to take accountability, change it, redirect that generational thing that's happening and change it for the next ones that come here. I said, guys, if only you got a short space on this beautiful route, but really now, even more so, guys, there's no time to lose. We've got to really be on it. So, yeah, it's embarking on those types of changes, guys, that type of journey for yourself, and taking it from there, finding that right support. Just know, like I always say, you've got this, you really have. Um, and just know it's in you, it's always been within you. Um, and it's just about awakening that interesting in that and spending time with that and allocating that time to do that. You really have to invest that commitment, that want, that need to do that, to commit that time and be brave, be brave out here and interesting yourself and just get where you want to be, where you want to get to. Just know that you're gonna get there, guys. Really are, guys, as well. I want to kind of raise that point as well when I mentioned the whole my experience with this connection to God. I always have had that connection to God growing up as a family. We always have had that faith. Um, but I had got to such a point, such a low, such a stop start. When you do that, you feel guilt then. And you feel like my gosh, you know, so much going on, I can't even get my shit together. Even God's gonna be fed up of me. Do you know what I mean? And that was what was sad. I was losing even about even faith, and I felt like I was getting to a point where internally you could feel it, something nudging, soul nudging, to make those changes. As much as I was putting on that facade, people would be none the wiser of what you were going through. It was slowly eating away at me, and I knew I had to make changes. So, like I said, the pandemic kicked in and everything just took a hold. And that as well, I was feeling so shit because I couldn't be the type of memo I wanted to be because I was allowing this these habits, way of thinking for myself, carrying other people shit, being that people pleaser, that deep empath, but neglecting myself and my circumstances, the whole kind of we like becoming a mother, my son's entrance into the world is quite a story. But that I dwell brought on a whole new ball game of emotions and feeling towards yourself as a mother, as a woman, even and we go through these feelings. So, yeah, don't ever feel like that, guys. And I held on to a lot of those feelings. I carried it a lot, so this is why I'm very passionate about putting it out there, saying about what I felt, because it helps that next person that may be going through. I remember a lot certain times in my journey where I was going through stuff, but I would see reassurance from others, and that would keep you going. When you really look back on it, things like that really do help. It helps that next person, and I'm all about that uplifting and encouraging that to people. Like I said, so even just getting used to the way, change your way of thinking. I remember just thinking to myself, right, I know, I know I'm gonna make these changes. And remember, I have extracts in my journal saying, even just making those changes, like the decision to the decision to kind of leave the hospital and be doing that many shifts, like it was very heavy, hard work. I was doing like 12 and a half hour shifts, night shift for a very long time, guys. That it can impact heavily on your body, impacts of a night shift on your body, physiologically, psychologically, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, even can really impact you. It was making that decision in my head that I'm gonna do it and I'm gonna find a way to do it. I would still have to then go into work, but I wouldn't I was able to kind of tolerate it better, knowing that I was making steps to get out of that situation. So even just changing your way of thinking like that, guys, knowing that you're gonna make changes to how you're feeling, to the circumstances you're in, the situations, whatever it is you want out of life, knowing that you're gonna make those changes makes such a difference. So it then helps you tolerate the current situation, the circumstances you're in, until they get better, until you can improve them. Um, and that takes that inner growth. But like I said, it's getting honest with yourself and making those steps and those small steps that they On it consistency is key, guys. And it is also as well having those honest conversations as well with other people because a lot of situations, circumstances we're in, does involve other people. So it's about as well having the courage, being assertive enough to speak on that, to have your own back in many situations. Um, and you have to, because then it's gonna avoid you then going home, having those coulda, woulda, shoulda's, right? You've probably done that enough, and you're a decent person, so always remember that. So that's to those ones is who I'm saying it to. Because a lot of people do when they see a lot of people's nature. I've seen it out there a lot on my travels, guys. People can really take advantage of people's kind natures. I've been one of them where people have taken advantage of mine. But it's it's been raising my awareness of who I am, spending that time making those deep root changes, going through those patterns, addressing those patterns for myself. It's enabled me then to recognize it through other people. Other people where they try it, but you've created those boundaries, thankfully, in your own life, to deny that. Um, but you see around you amongst people where they're good ass people out here that are being taken advantage of. So I want to speak out to those that and being taken advantage of these sweet souls and they know it. That's what's really sad. Because the day I had, I wanted to kind of put out a few more words, um, add a bit, expand on a bit of what I spoke on on the previous episode, um, and just take it from there, really. And all the exciting things, because like I said, these next few months is for me to kind of hone in on my studying, my teachings, my learnings, what it is I want to put out there for my own journey. Like I said, guys, it's very much a healing journey. And this is what I've noticed as well. We are very much on healing journeys in order to really get ourselves back to our true selves, who we have lost along the way, it takes a lot of healing, which is what I've noticed. Um, and this is what I'm excited about doing. So, as much as you have that for yourself, that kind of acceptance and that achieving that and realizing that about yourself, um, it's great as well to be able to support other people in their healing paths and help awaken that what's in them, what's always been in them, and we just kind of lose it along the way, right? So, just through circumstances, which I'm sure we can all resonate with, just about speaking on those more out loud to reassure the next person. Sometimes that puts itself even saying it out loud because we're all out here putting on fronts and someone's afraid to voice it. But you'll find the more you voice it, the more be able to resonate with the next person. They're probably glad that you've even said it out loud. But I'm hoping to also be one of those voices that does that because it got me to a birthday. And like I said, it may not be for everyone, these may not work. Like I said, this works for me, it's worked for many clients. I've worked with many people in the community, many people that's around me, family, friends, and myself massively, because we're just passing that on. And evidence-based, it's all about that. Very much evidence-based as well, my teachers, as much as it's very much lived experience through personal experience or my services, what I offer, what I'm going to currently offer in the future. It's very much as well, evidence-based, what has been learned through that professional side of it as well. Studies, research. Um, it's very much backed by current guiders, up-to-date practices, current evidence-based practices, but also ancient teachers as well. So there's that side of it as well, which is I love and the lived experience as well. So look at that, quite the trio, right? Woo! Um, and it's all about that, guys. And I love it, and I find it affected with clients that I've worked with so far. So, guys, as well, I just want to put it out there for further support. If you do want to voice any concerns, anything, any support, any further guidance or anything like that, sign post you. I always say it, guys. Um, if you start with my remake, then I will sign post you collaborate with many people in the community um that were able to do so with that. And further collaborations are going to kind of create and build that outlet more, that network that we want to provide um to people. So, again, guys, if anybody does want to reach out for further collaborations, you want to find out more what we do, if you want to be zoomed, see if we could collaborate in some way um and take it from there, or even just come on my podcast. I'm all about that. The amazing people that have come through as well, guys, with the podcast, yes. I honestly appreciate it so much. And even with that, not even local to us, I've had some even from another country, another bloody country, guys, and even just other cities within here, the UK, this is massive, and this is what it's all about. Connecting with people you never thought you would connect with, but you have that same common goal. Oh, it's just the best feelings. So, so many exciting things. So, if anybody is watching, listening, and you do want to come on the podcast, you want to share what you have, an outlet that you have, a thought you have in place, the story, anything you've overcome that's going to uplift, encourage, your power. Otherwise, others will make people aware of your services. You want that kind of exposure, then please feel free to get in touch because that's what it's about supporting where we can in that sense, and with what we bring, what we've brought from our personal experience, our stories, what we've overcome, our adversity, skills, life experience, our intelligence, our wisdom, everything, quantification, certification, whatever we can bring that's gonna help us linked and if we come together with all these variations of skills is gonna be amazing, guys. Can you imagine the change that we're gonna bring to people collectively apart for the awakening? This is amazing, guys. Um, and I'm just all about that. So if anybody's on that vibe to come join this tribe, guys, please feel free to get in touch. And again, last time I checked the last episode, I forgot to put it on there, my email address. Oopsie. But the email address is the corepodcast at gmail.com, and I will have it here. Oh gosh, why is my hands like that? Oh, went a bit too close there, and I'll have it along here, guys. I will make sure of that. Just life be life in out here, guys. Let's be real. So, yeah. Um, but I hope it has been useful. It's just reassuring people that you are gonna be okay, guys. Find that support, don't feel bad of creating those boundaries. Also, it's not it's all new to you. You feel bad as well by saying no, but don't feel bad, it's for yourself, your well-being for you. People as well do take advantage sometimes by you saying no, that's not gonna affect them. That's gonna be okay, they're gonna find someone else. That's okay. Don't feel bad about even saying no. A lot of times you have to then have your own back and find that, be assertive. And sometimes it might it won't come naturally to you at the start, but then you will, as you get more used to it, and find it's not out here to be confrontational to anybody, but nothing about that. It's about just being assertive, having your own back. If you get a feeling over something, not make you feel good inside, or you're kind of recognizing a pattern, you're feeling manipulated, then voice it, feel it, voice it, avoid it, block it, do whatever you need to do, cut it off, create that healthy boundary, say no, voice it, have ask the person why are you doing that? I'm seeing it like this. Have I got it right? If not, why but but but and all that jazz, and that's what it's all about being open and honest with others, as much as being open and honest with yourself, being open and honest with others, whatever you're putting out there, guys, whatever kind of energy you're giving out, how you're uplifting, giving to others, make sure you're getting that back. And if you're really not, then you've got to say bye-bye to that, then find a way to reduce your proximity to that, but even going through the jugular system going forward with my clients as well, speaking of the correct turns for the jocular system, using the right words in Sanskrit. You know, when people say around chakra, this chakra, and all this, there are turns for it, and it's not as simple as that. It's not like even resetting it, your jokular system, your chakras are always vibrating, it's just what kind of level they're vibrating at, and we could determine that by how you present it physically. Um, there's very deep work, it's not just superficial with the whole jocaly system. This is an ancient system that's recognized like for thousands of years, ancient teaching, not about activating, resetting. Like I said, the jocalas are always vibrating, it's just whatever level they're vibrating at, um, is what you want to change. Hence the reason why we say rate of vibration and you're gonna see improvements. With that, like I said, I'm gonna go more into that. I'm still on my studying, even possibly further studying, and it's not about that certificate certification either to confirm I can now do this, guys. Not at all. It's from personal experience, a lot of confirmation as well, and by doing this course. So it's not just all have these qualifications, giving that further guidance, teaching from someone that's had these deep learnings, initially been initiated into such a spiritual path, and then to get teacher the guidance from the teacher that's now willing after it's not easy, guys. You have to do your own healing path along the way, processes, exams, know it for yourself before you get attuned to it, before you're initiated into anything to be able to teach others because someone's giving you their teachings, someone's given them their those teachers. It's been passed on, passed down. So it's really kind of sacred as well, this whole practice. So it's not as easy as people saying just to kind of reset your root chakra, reset your crown chakra. I find a lot of people are just kind of out here activating clown chakras. Um, and we don't really want that, we want to kind of give it a good service out here and the respect it needs because we're lucky that we have access to this divine ancient knowledge that is here to help people, help people to connect, to connect with oneself, to connect with the divine. And like said with the whole labeling as the crown chakra, which is called the Sahas Rada uh chakra, is you know what people are calling the crown chakra. It's actually called the Sahas Rara. So we've got to be able to say it how it is, guys. Do you know what I mean? Let's not gloss it over, let's do it a full justice and not make it easy for people. And like I said, we've access to the beautiful ancient teachings that here to guide you to enlighten you, to feel good, you know, it reaches that. So when people mess around, like with the whole crown chakra, that's very deep. It's the ultimate chokers to get you that divine connection, that consciousness of one, then that's a whole process to even get you into that place to connect with that. Do you know what's crazy as well, guys? Like even caught aura when I first thought um changes on my vision board 2020. I have a picture of the jokers in the corner, and the only reason why is because I was making changes on myself, like I said, physical changes, mental changes, uh, spiritually, emotionally, changing everything up, fitness, nutrition, everything for who I was. I never knew at that point. I was just looking at making improvements, like finding holistic ways personally to do that. We're in lockdown and lack of support. And now, to now to be able to be studied in it more, learning about it, where where I'm gonna now be helping people going forward, as well as myself, to help raise the vibration, how it all relates to the Jakla system, energy. It's just been an amazing journey, guys, for studying confirmation, like I said. Um, and I just can't wait to continue this journey because it's never ending, it never ends. When you evolve and you grow from certain situational circumstances, because you're continuing to grow when you're making these changes about yourself. Um, in order to do that and to raise it each time, you have to then go through some form of healing in some way, something you'll find and learn about you that's holding you from getting to that. And 2020, and now here we are in 2026, and I'm now going to be kind of introducing part of myself, part of now what I do involves heavily the chocolate system, working with energy, healing. It's amazing to think that this is where it was going. But at the time I never thought, but just naturally, this has fell into place. Studying and the way it kind of connects also and speak with it. Like I said, alignment is bringing me. I feel so aligned with this path. The jockey system is a very ancient, very healing system. So it's not about just having a, you know, I'm putting on a one-hour workshop or someone's got a hobby for her. Then that's it. We kind of let people know about it. Not talk because you're doing it a disservice. People really need to know how it actually works because there's a lot of connection to it. That's divine connection. What people are referring to as the crown chakra. Telling you, people out here activate what they're activating is their clown chakra. Telling you now, guys. I'm sure you've met plenty. And this is what I said about before. Make sure when you do access support like this, any type of services, I know I'm actually spiritual, especially, um, make sure that they aren't these kind of charlatans. And like I said, about the whole new age community, guys, don't make me a part of that. And equally as far, I've met some amazing people that do follow that path. Like with the whole new age beliefs, it is about again ancient teachings. I'm all about that connecting with nature. Um, but when I was saying it about don't make me part of it, as in the whole, you know, there's a culture side to it as well, where it's become um an aesthetic part of people's personality, people think that you have to look a certain way, be all kind of out there or or part of your personality trait. Uh, it's avoiding that. I just love people that embody it. You can be yourself, it's not about that, it's not about having certain equipment, tools, physical to get you to anywhere. It's all about putting that to a side and getting yourself to such a state where you can just reach that, reach that yourself through your mind, that state of enlightenment. It's all about that. Um, but yeah, so like I said, so it's avoiding that, guys. So be very wary of that. Like with any service that you access, either go to support, social, professional, even feel free to do that with your support, your care system, your care plan, the professional support. You're speaking with us through hospital, GDP services, mental health services, therapy, and whatever support, social, anything like that. Then please do do your homework, research. So much as we're out here with our professionalism, with our qualifications, how we can help with what we've learned, studied. It's all about connecting with people on a human level, right? Um, and just seeing how they are out here. I like to connect my clients on a personal human level, see how it's going out here for them. Do you know what I mean? No one's out here knowing how to live life. No one's got that. We don't know what's beyond this. So it's finding comfort in that and enjoying your time while you're here and finding those support systems for guidance um just to get you to a better state, guys. Um, and it's putting it out there and just seeing what suits people. And it's just advice, guidance that we think we might help might help um others. That has helped me massively. And I just want to put it out there for others and see if it helps for anybody else. And life is too short. How we touched on just before about the whole age thing, seeing the changes, natural process of aging with your body, things slow down, so your natural flexibility, you're not always gonna have it forever. So it's making the most of it, guys. Have fun with it, improve it to improve that quality, of course, in the ages. But even this whole flexibility, we well, use the way we look, like it's not around forever. Looks fade. And so it's dealing with that, make the most of it, whatever you want, even like kind of expressing yourself through your vessel, whatever way you want, whether that's enhancing your looks, stay safe out there, guys. Do your research and all that, however, kind of whatever decks people do go to, everyone's out here with autonomy on their bodies, it's your choice. Please do the right homework and don't put yourself at risk. And yeah, before you board that plane to Turkey, before you board that plane to go and get some kind of dramatic surgery out here, you know. I don't know, people are out here just do reckless shit with that. Um, and I'm all about that. Enhance where you can, but stay safe out here, do your research and don't think that you have to like mutilate yourself, um, enhance it, enjoy your youth. I've had clients that have come through that want to feel more sexier as they get older. So it's about doing that, and you don't have to get to a certain place or feel a certain way, look a certain way to feel that you can feel that wherever you are, always feel that towards yourself. Don't think that you have to drop certain weights, dress a certain way. Feel that for you, have that for you wherever you are in your life as well, with the whole body goals, how you look aesthetically, how you're looking towards yourself, physically, how you see yourself. Don't even think that you have to get to certain place to feel better then about yourself, just feel good about yourself, start from there. Of course, make these changes to improve health outcomes, for well-being, things like that, to benefit you in that sense. But equally, always know you're a badass bitch out here. And this is to men and women, by the way. I I just use the word bitch, but yeah, when I say bitch, it's universal, guys. Men and women, saying it to all you all out here, but just use that and always be proud of yourself, seriously, and never look down on yourself and always know you're a badass doing what you're doing. Why not? Why not? Why not allow ourselves to think like that? And shouldn't restrict the way we feel towards ourselves and our capabilities. Like I said, I've don't I've been very limited in how I've thought towards myself, but um overcoming that, and it is a process, so I'm reaching out to those people that are stuck in that thinking, thinking that there is no way out. Um, but there really is, guys, there really is. Just stay strong, trust in yourself, and take it from there. I feel so uplifted from that session. I thought it'd be good just to come on and just speak a bit further on a few words that I spoke up. Could have wanted to use an episode as well, just to make some key points. Contemplating change, make that change, tide right now that you're gonna make change, okay? And then with that, that's gonna create a new emotion for you, and you've got to stay on it, it takes consistency to change. You've got to create new habits, create new brain, neural pathways in order for this. So it takes a lot of work. Stay on it, guys, and then journal, put it out there, be honest with yourself and what type of change you want, and then also use your imagination, imagine that version of who you want to be and imagine it, take time to think about it and that feeling you get from it, honey on that and take steps towards that. Um, and journaling is great to look back on because I thought I'm gonna read a page, but I went through all my journals, and what's crazy went through all my journals because I've got many, it's been years since kind of changed 2020, guys. Journals, video clippings, recordings to myself, and I'm not that type of person, like mentioned, to record videos, anything like that. Even when I made my first video, April 2020, and I put myself out there and I'm like, hi guys, I just and it's not for anyone. I have no plan to put it out there or anything like that. Uh, it's for myself. And when I was saying guys, I'll be honest, so I was speaking out to God, anybody listening to me out there, into the unknown, those that came before me, grandparents, ancestors, those are no longer with us, those are my bloodline. I was reaching out to them, God, oh gee, and I was just putting it out there, and I continue it on. So it's so crazy. So as much as I sound kind of cringy, hi guys, at the same time, there's a deep meaning to it. There's various videos throughout the journey each year. I've made a few, whether it's through documentation in the journals or whether on a video, I've kind of done that. So it's crazy to look back on, but I'm so glad I've got that collection of it, the whole documentation. I think it helps as well being a mid-wife in the hospital because I'm so used to documenting everything, timing it, the date. So I'm always putting that down and everything on my journals, even when I've done a video or say the day, the time, and the day. Um, I think that comes through working now the midwife uh without kind of record keeping. Um, it's kind of a habit. I've kept a great one as well. I love that because it's looking back now my personal journey. Um, but guys, yeah, and it's this that is 21st of December 2019. Time is 1631, and you're up in your bed watching ghosts, you're losing motivation, you're getting worse, and you have some deep, unresolved issues that need to be explored. Right now, you're not doing good, you're taking on poor habits, and it's getting into a big habit. Listen to me right now and stop. You have so many great things ahead of you. So listen to Sat and stop right now. Stop these habits, and in between each line of thought is my sense name. So it's like stop these habits at my sense name, focus on my sense, believe my son's name. Goals, love yourself, confidence, happiness, manifestation, wealthy, healthy, body confident, rich, happy, live, believe, thankful, gratitude, love you stuff. And before I read the last page to this section, that just shows where I was and what I was lacking basically because I wasn't doing any of this, I didn't have any of this, still working on some of it. But yeah, so it just shows the m shows the mindset where I was at. And like I said, I was on off for years um doing it, but I felt like some of it was about to give and not in a good way. And this is why some of it compelled me to write. Even when I did that first recording on the video, I sort of continued to do that, voice it equally as well. The podcast is helping us an outlet for me to be able to express it and look back on. And especially like you said, I'm expressing it to hopefully voice it to help resonate with us to push them, encourage them, reassure them that they're not alone, that there is hope at the other end of that, where what you're feeling, where you are in life. It's great to kind of look back on where I was and just to encourage others, and how there's a lot of stop and start, and I had to change that and it helps of writing it down, continued, um, video in it. And then the last page as well, because how I speak about my connection with God, like I said, the war's how it's. Family will always have that faith in God and they're that and this is what I was like losing faith. Yeah, so the last page you're messing up your connection with God. God has and will always be great to you. Your relationship with God is like no other. God has you always. And then I wrote, God got your back, comma, God, signed by God. So I think it's very much that. Like I said, I felt like I had nowhere to go. I surrendered to it. I put it out there, and I was like, I was even losing faith in that. So that's how when I'd spake speak spoke on the previous episode about praying. It wasn't just one prayer, guys. Do you know what I mean? That'd be amazing. If it was, the world would be a freaking steak. It is that was the case. But imagine collectively we did all come together from meditation, a prayer, a mass prayer a week. That'd be amazing. How amazing. But yeah, it took that and just continuing having that faith. And it was like my mind opened up. I God showed me the way. It wasn't easy. I'm telling you now, God put those challenges in place. Things I wanted. God was like, right, let's get you to work then. And it's really been like that. Challenging. I always knew at the end of it, and videos along the way. I was making these changes, pushing it, keeping, holding on to that faith, trusting in it, seeing, being aware toward these avenue signs. Honestly, guys, I'm very much like that, which we're going to go into further when I speak more on it. Synchronicities, external signs, signals, uh, conversations, people that have entered your life, like I said, with this whole journey compared to the life I was living years ago. It's like whole new settings, whole new characters, whole new plots. It's amazing. It's an amazing feeling. You don't recognize it now. What's to come? Entering such new territory with your life where you're going, you're in control of it, you're aware of it. It's all down to you. It's just so exciting. And I want other people to reach that excitement. And I want by reading that extract from the diary, my journal, to show people where the state I was in and the changes that I wanted to make, and then more so because I'm going to do an episode of books that I read along the way. That helped massively. You don't have to be a reader either, guys, to access this um type of teachings, this type of learning, and to make those changes. You can kind of access it through a podcast. But we're at a great era in life where technology, we have access to everything, all these ancient teachings, all the answers, all the information, all that you want to learn, the knowledge, it's key to learn it, find it, whatever answers you're speaking, you learn it. There's all that knowledge out there for you to seek and find it, and it becomes quite a fun journey. So I'm going to do an episode on the books that I read and also read out further extracts from the diary. Because from there, even though that extract was December 2019, guys, like I said, a lot of on off not doing it, saying you're going to do it, but don't. I didn't officially make this changes because I've got further since that extract, I've done a video made then in April. Quite sad and emotional that I hadn't made the changes yet, but I was trying, but I was very determined. I had switched it up in my mind at least that I was going to make those changes. That in itself helped. Um, but it was only until June 2020 that I actually really got on it. Started really making those changes. Uh, which like I said, so a lot of it was a reading, opening my mind up, so very close mind, have these thoughts, even towards religion. That's why I strengthened my relationship with God. So I was feeling like that. And then to know God is there the whole time, it's just amazing feeling. And reassuring now going forward, and knowing as well, have no fear, you have nothing to worry about. Because the more I'm leaned onto God for support like that and trust, I then trust in myself to do it because I've seen it, I've felt it, guys. Um, and I want that to hopefully reassure people and whatever people's belief systems are as well, guys. Personal to me, that's not the case, and you couldn't really think of life through that, you don't believe in God, that's all good as well. I've had amazing conversations with people learning about their beliefs and what they believe in. Um, it's all about that, being open to it. Everyone's on their own path. I'm all about that. I'm now out here trying to convince anyone of my way of thinking. I'm just telling you this is what I've learned along the way. Uh, even through my connection with God, it'd be great for people to kind of look into that. But if not, that's not a problem. I love hearing about other people's belief systems and where they are in life, what they believe in. It's all part of that. And no one has the answer out here, guys. That's the thing. It's whatever brings you comfort um and joy, and that's what I'm all about. Yeah. But yeah, guys, I thought I'd finish off. I hope that has been useful. I thought I'll come on here quickly, just again, spread some few words positive, hopefully. Uh, and just to get it out there, like I said, the plan is now for the next few months. I haven't even put a time on it, guys. I'm gonna be honest. So, as much as I'm doing all this background work, um, working with others still, work is still very much working. Um, business is still businessing and all that jazz. Um, very much behind the scenes work now, just a lot, like I said, my new services, extra offerings that we'll be offering, further collaborations going on in the community, and also guests that we have coming on, amazing stuff happening and must just keeping coming on, just so many amazing things happening, guys. Women's group as well, which you'll hear again more from Nicola. She's very much involved with it. So grateful to her as well. Just thank you guys, everybody that has come forward, anybody that would like to come forward and kind of volunteer any time support. I thought I'd put it out there. You never know, guys. Eventually I'll be able to pay your ass. If you're really trusting it, trust in this vision, what we have, what we want to spread, positivity, the positive change, what we want for people, individual change, raise the whole vibration of this beautiful rock, right? If anyone wants support in any way, then please feel free to get in touch, guys. The core or a podcast at gmail.com. I hope those kind of words have resonated. Hope they offer some kind of guidance, reassurance. Um, there were quite a few things I did want to go into more, but like I said, I'm just honing in now on my own learnings, my own teachings. For myself, I've got to be honest, life be life out here, the challenges I'm facing, still facing, going through a lot of things going on that I do have to kind of pay my attention fully on and focus on. I focus on myself as well. I kind of had neglected many areas of that, so it's honing in on that as well for the better of me to help me, and it's helping massively to do that because you can kind of get kind of caught up with it, it's all rat race. Yeah, I'm taking that time out for me. It's very much needed, like I said, and anybody out there, please make steps towards yourself to do that as well. Find the time, make the time. There is always going to be a way for you to do that. I always got a better easier than anyone in that sense. Find a way for yourself, yourself, create that time, create that space. And if you want it that merged, you will find that space and that change and commit to do that. Um, because we're in control, guys, we're in control of these changes that we can make to our lives. And if you really want it that bad, then you will really do it for yourself. Um, and just stay strong and know the reason why you're doing it, and you're gonna feel better. So, yeah, guys, thank you. Thank you again, guys, listening and watching. Anyone that has reported on this beautiful journey that I'm on, and I hope I'm gonna start as well with a week or aura. Just thank you so much for listening, for watching, and I hope it resonates. But anybody listening, watching, just thank you so much. I appreciate it. And anybody that has come through so far on this beautiful journey that I'm on, whether you've come through through networking, anybody that's come through into my life through the great experience, I'll see the advice, anything coming on my podcast, collaborating in any way, um, supporting me like clients, people that I've worked with, out in the community, great conversations, great experiences that I've had, great people, their business journeys, great support I've received from people through networking, to even just meet in on this journey. I'm just grateful to you all. Just thank you so, so much out here and great for everything and everyone that I've met along this beautiful journey and all that great stuff that's ahead for everybody because we all deserve it, right? And let's take steps to achieve it, work together, and just continue what we're doing, be great humans out here, help out where we can, give, grow, be there for one another, um, and just spread love, positivity, and that's all it's all about, right? So, yeah, until the next time, guys, just really take care of yourself. I love you all. Spread nothing but love out here. Love is God, God is love. Um, and just take care out here. Beautiful, beautiful being. Woo!
