Cesar Kast is not only the co-creator of Pro Wrestling Legacy (PWL) he is so much more than that! He is an entertainer, a booker, a media outsourcer, an announcer, referee, or anything he needs to be to put on a good show for the fans! Having once walked half a day with this man in his shoes proved to be an exhausting yet enriching experience. Without a doubt Pro Wrestling Legacy is more of a family rather than a wrestling promotion and prove to exemplary in every way. Czar has a tall order to fill when it comes his dream to be one of the best wrestling promotions in El Paso, Texas. One in which Pro Wrestling Legacy is known to have built a legacy in pro wrestling for future stars! Without a doubt the current roster will soon become house hold names!
