Originally launched as Late Night in Seattle by Robby Gross and Adam Jacobson, the project began as a local sports podcast and blog focused on the Mariners and Seattle sports culture.
Now rebranded as Grand Salami Time, the platform has expanded its reach to feature league-wide baseball analysis—combining data-driven commentary with personality, humor, and a healthy dose of Pacific Northwest flair.
