Pastor John Nuzzo and Pastor Sean Moore continue discussing the transition of leadership of Victory Family Church.  Pastor Sean answers questions about what has been most surprising and what he is most excited about.  They discuss the process of empowering the Abraham generation to accelerate the Isaac generation so that they miss the pain and potholes of the Abrahams.  

Over the next three years, these two leaders will teach the Abrahams how to accelerate, not just tolerate the next generation.  These leaders have a father/son relationship which allows them to be truthful with each other.  In three years, the church will be larger, have more income, have eliminated debt, expanded Kingdom Builders, and will be the greatest it’s ever been known for.  Pastor John and Michelle are accelerating Pastor Sean and Sarah so that they can go further and faster, which is what we all desire for our own children.  Stay tuned for the days ahead and see God’s grace and provision in action!
