Hello, friends! And welcome, as always, to legal biz cafe. I am your host attorney Shaune B Arnold. I'm just excited to be here with you today and every week. But THIS week, we are talking about one of my very, very favorite subjects. Today, we are going to trigger abundance in your life. But before we go getting all trigger happy, let’s take care of a few housekeeping matters.

By now, you probably know, but for the newbies, I want to let you know what we're doing here on legal biz Cafe. We have you in mind. We have you as the entrepreneur in mind here on legal biz café. We are dealing with your mindset as the entrepreneur.

We are dealing with those issues that stop you and make you feel afraid and make you feel frustrated and make you feel angry and unable to cope with building your business. We give you the strength you need in order to start, build or fix a business that you will absolutely love.

Now, I want to also invite you to listen to my other show, Your Business, Accelerated! On that show, we deal with the hardcore legal and business issues that entrepreneurs encounter on their journey and that make them crash and burn. So, when you listen to both shows, you deal with both sides of that entrepreneurial coin. You are going to be strong. You are going to be prepared. You are going to be ready to kick off abundance in your life. So, let's just get right to it.

We're going to talk about several ways to trigger abundance in your life. And you know the first thing that I think that's important when you are seeking to trigger abundance in your life is simply to make that choice.

We talk about setting intention a lot here on legal biz Cafe, and that is because the universe follows your intention. It gives you what you are. If you are negative, the universe gives you negative experiences. If you are positive, and you know and ask for what you want, the universe can only respond in like kind.

You have to tell God or the universe what you want. You are a spiritual being having a physical experience in this body and as such, the laws of the universe bends to your wishes. Yes, they absolutely do. But what that means is you have to be clear – and you have to hold a positive mindset and heart-set.

You have to make the choice to be abundant and let go of all the limiting beliefs that you have that tell you you're not good enough, you're not smart enough, you're not this enough, you're too much of that, and you are not what the “success machine” is looking for to create abundance in your life. Well, here's the thing, whatever you believe you are worth, that is what you are worth. It really is that simple. Setting your intention is as easy as changing your mind. However, once you set an intention for success, then it's important that you live inside that intention.

You want to set an intention for unlimited abundance in your life, and then you want to set out to live that abundance in your personal and in your professional life. That is huge, because when you do that, you begin to operate from a place of prudence and not scarcity.

By setting an intention for growth in your life and in your business, you will automatically create and reach goals to increase your business’ revenue. It just naturally occurs when you set the intention and then you go about living the concept of unlimited abundance. When you do that the unlimited abundance will find you. You can't avoid it. You'll have to be picking money off of you because you’re now are a money magnet.

Here's the next thing I want you to do to kick off some abundance in your life. Define what abundance means to you. Everybody has a different idea of what abundance is. For some people, it's called cold hard cash. For other people, it's family, and for still other people, it's building a business that they love.

So, what does abundance mean for you? Define it. Does it mean more time? More freedom? Does it mean less stress? Does it mean more money to spend on what you want and to travel?

What do you need to decide in order to answer these questions? The clearer you are with the universe, the more the universe is going to bend its laws in your favor. It sees your intention. It understands your passion. It can only perform according to your passion.

I recently came across a gentleman named Derek Roy Dahl who speaks not about the law of attraction. And indeed he says there's really an unattractive side to the law of attraction, in that if you are employing the law of attraction, by definition, you are dealing in lack because you are attempting to attract something to yourself that you do not have.

He says that what we really should be doing is employing the law of emergence. Under this principle, we emerge into what we are supposed to be and who we are supposed to be; we attract what we're supposed to be and who we're supposed to be. It comes from the inside out.

Given the fact that it comes FROM you, and not TO you, you can be a lot more patient. You can be a lot more loving with yourself in that manifestation process, because you realize that it is your consciousness that is giving rise to the manifestation, and not an intense meditation on attracting that energy. 

Again, trying to attract abundance energy is not recommended because you may wind up not attracting what you want out of lack. You may wind up attracting more of the lack that you already had, which gave rise to your desire to manifest in the first place.

So, let's do something else instead. Let's practice the law of emergence. And that's really, really cool, because the law of emergence recognizes that two halves, H, A, L, V, E, S, will never make a whole.

Only to have H, A, V, E, will make a whole. According to that reasoning, there is no such thing as you complete me. Under this philosophy, I complete me, and you are a wonderful cheering section for me. You are a wonderful addition to my life and my world but you don't complete me. God completed me before I was born.

And so, my friends, these are the things that I invite you to think about this week. Understand that when things do go wrong and they don't actually happen in your favor, that it's for a reason. Stay open to guidance from your higher self, your guides, the universe or God so you can engage in greater prosperity and gain greater opportunities down the line. This will occur because there are no accidents in the universe. It is really trying hard to give you a message; that something much better actually awaits you.

And I can nearly guarantee you that if you open your heart, your mind and your spirit, that's exactly what's going to happen. There are no accidents. If you stay open to the guidance, you are going to engage greater prosperity and abundance in your life.

Think of your life's work, your passion, that thing that gets you up every single morning. Does your work provide you with automatic abundance? In other words, look past your salary, and think about how your boss treats you. Think about how your 401(k) is performing in the marketplace.

Think about all of these things related to your work, and then ask yourself if your work is right for you, or if you need to make a change. If you have a job and your energy is horrible with respect to that job, then its ability to produce revenue for you, especially increased revenue year over year, becomes compromised. If you want out, chances are, they want you out.

If you have a business, and your energy with respect to that business is lazy, you're going to be in a lot of trouble very, very quickly down the line. So, how is your work performing for you at this time? Is it needing you to make a change? If a change is needed, I encourage you to make it so you can get in alignment with your work. Because, I mean, heck, how many hours a week do we spend at work? So, we have to be happy, right?

In giving great value to people, in listening to our intuition with respect to how we serve people, we need to be very clear about what our goals are, what our responsibilities are, and just make sure that you have your plan in order so that you don't wind up in chaotic situations down the line that will definitely put a damper on your manifestation. Just be open to wherever your abundance is going to come from, because you don't know what your blessing is going to look like when you trigger abundance in your life.
