Katherine Hamilton
Katherine Hamilton is a nonprofit and education leader dedicated to advancing equity and opportunity for all learners. As Executive Director of Friends of GALA, she supports LA’s first all-girls public STEM school by building community partnerships and securing the resources needed for students across Los Angeles to thrive.
Her work is grounded in a deep belief that every student—multilingual learners, students with disabilities, and those historically underserved—deserves access to high-quality, affirming education. With a background in instructional leadership, policy, and program design, Katherine brings both a classroom lens and a systems-level perspective to everything she does.
