Dr Yasin El Ashrafi is a multi award winning mentor and entrepreneur from Leicester. He is the Owner of HQ Recording Studio, HQ Familia record label and a Director of HQ CAN (Community Arts Network) Community Interest Company. Yasin currently manages 8 artists who are being developed by HQ Familia.

Yasin is passionate about helping people reach their full potential, especially deprived or unemployed young adults. His story is quite remarkable and he has overcome many barriers to get to where he is today and uses his own experiences to help inspire the people he works with to believe anything is possible and that dreams can and do come true!
