Founder and former Marine Josh Sparks attended 17 different schools while growing up in foster care before eventually landing in Milwaukee in the early 2000s. That’s where a friend offered him a roofing job — a turning point that would set the course for everything that followed. Starting from zero, Josh built Infinity Exteriors into the largest roofing, siding, and windows company in Wisconsin, with six locations and more than 30,000 households served.

So how did it all happen — and what really sets them apart?
