[There are approximately 250 foster children in Charleston County, and hundreds more in the cities surrounding our Seacoast Campuses. If you are in the Lowcountry, we invite you to attend a Fostering Hope interest meeting to learn how you can make a difference.  (see links below).  If you attend a Seacoast Campus outside the Lowcountry, click here to see how you can show the love of Jesus to people in your area]

Lynne Stroy and Allison Cordle, both licensed foster parents, have opened up their homes to these children, representing two of the other 1200 licensed homes in South Carolina open and ready to do the same for the 4000 kids in the state who are in need of a home.

Deeper context of this need is shared through Allison and Lynne's personal stories as caretakers of these children,  including the challenges, what goes on behind the scenes, their perspectives of the parents of these children, and how they see their role serving these children and their parents.

Fostering Hope interest meetings
Fostering Hope is a new ministry at Seacoast setting out to serve these children and the parents who are serving at a deeper level:
