In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the topic at hand in this episode is the beauty, strength and complexity of humanity through the lenses of two women, Deloris Mastrianni and Tamara Brown.  Both of them African-American women and part of the Seacoast Church family, they tell their personal stories marked with perseverance and faith while sharing some insight and opinions on the legacy and importance of black women in America.

At top of episode, Lynne Stroy and Joey Svendsen discuss their sentiments on how they personally interact with "starting fresh" in the new year, and Joey shares some personal feelings on his strengths and weaknesses as a podcaster.
