Seacoast Church Lead Pastors Josh and Lisa Surratt have walked with friends who have experienced the heartache of divorce and they’ve seen the relational fallout that comes in many shapes and sizes. On this week’s episode, we discuss the importance of healthy individuals and marriages, including Josh and Lisa’s desire to create a Seacoast staff culture that encourages individuals to open up about personal challenges. The couple shares their hearts for staff members to be healthy, even providing a strategic plan for restoration of health. We’ll also talk about why Josh and Lisa operate off the assumption that if there are healthy marriages and healthy individuals doing ministry, productivity can be relinquished to God (1 Corinthians 3: 6-11).
