Many have grieved the loss of a pet and asked the question, “do pets go to heaven?” Some Christians believe that only humans have souls; therefore, only humans will live forever. But, what if there is more to the story? In his book, Will My Pet Go to Heaven?, pastor, theologian, and author Steve Wohlberg gives a biblical perspective that may offer a hopeful answer. Pastor Steve gained inspiration to write the book following a personal encounter with God after the tragic loss of his own dog.

At top of the episode, Tomelex Copeland shares the recent news of adopting a baby boy, “Champ," and discusses how this massive and beautiful life-changing event unfolded for him and his wife, Melissa.
