Spirits, Witches, & Demons
In 2022, I started exploring podcasting. After trying out three different podcast names, gaining some followers, and creating great content, I decided to walk away at the end of 2023. After a year of self-discovery, I realized I needed to share what I had learned.
In phase one, I named my podcast "Let's Haver." The word "haver" means to babble, a term from Scotland (maybe also Ireland) and Newfoundland, but it didn’t feel right to me.
In phase two, I chose the name "From Cape Breton: It's Saturday Night!" This felt a bit better as it aligned more with my vision for my brand and podcast. However, over time, I recognized that it still didn't capture my true voice. I am passionate about helping people, sharing stories, and giving my perspective and insight, whether it's asked for or not.
The third attempt to rebrand myself and my podcast, I am renaming it "Bartender on Wheels." You might be thinking, "What is that?" I understand; it may seem messy. But please bear with me through these growing pains.
The name "Bartender on Wheels" comes from my time as a tour operator in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. While driving guests around, I heard their stories—their successes, sorrows, and frustrations. Sometimes they asked for my advice or opinion. That’s when I started calling myself a 'Bartender on Wheels' because I listened to many confessions, much like a bartender in a local pub.
Finally - here we are! My growth, discovery, exploration, whatever it was.... led me to where I started as a toddler...Spirits, Witches, and Demons! I have been seeing spirit since I can remember (as early as age 3). I have had many experiences with the paranormal, and metaphysical, and for decades I kept myself blocked, forced myself to keep the skeptical side alive, and thought I was crazy. Once I finally allowed myself to connect, to be open to the possibility that I am NOT crazy - that I am connecting to spirit, I have been fully connected! Now I want to assist others, I want to share my experiences and journey and I hope it helps someone out there get their journey started.
Are we ready for this new chapter? I will kick things off with a few episodes about my self-discovery journey and where things are now.

This episode delves into the eerie night when a routine phone call took an unexpected turn, interrupted by a mysterious presence that felt all too real. As I sat in my dimly lit living room, the familiar sound of the ringtone transformed into something haunting when suddenly, the voice on the other end faded, replaced by an unsettling chill in the air. Shadows danced across the walls, and an inexplicable heaviness settled around me, leaving me to wonder if I was truly alone.
Welcome to the new version of my podcast. I started this podcast in August of 2022. The first 3 attempts were part me and part forced material. I try my best not to curse, but sometimes it slips and so I caution my material may not be for children.
Spirits, Witches, & Demons is the new and improved Podcast featuring content that focuses on local stories, information, reactions, and education about all things metaphysical.
