In the jungle of personal development, spirituality and self help books and videos: What the f*ck actually works?!
In this four-part series, I share with you four different tools that I have found in recent years that blew my mind and keep changing my life! ❤️ And yes, I will absolutely give credit to the author/ inventor of the respective method.
However, OF COURSE, I have sprinkled my own magic on all of these tools and I will tell you about that as well.
Today, I am sharing with you a practice from the book "Existential Kink" by Carolyn Elliot, combined with some energy clearing magic I added, inspired by Christie Marie Sheldon. The so-called "deepest fear inventory" has been absolutely amazing for me when it comes to discovering and resolving hidden fears and beliefs I never even thought I had!
