Anxious thought cycles, anyone? "The Stack" helped me tremendously in overcoming my stuck thinking patterns when I was going through a difficult time in my relationship some years ago. In fact, writing "Stacks" helped me significantly discover my emotional dependency patterns - unpleasant but super helpful.
