“The reason this podcast is now called Awake comes straight from Scripture—‘Awake, O sleeper, and rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.’ This is a call to wake up spiritually, to move past comfort, past tradition, and into a faith that transforms lives. If you’re tired of surface-level Christianity, you’re in the right place.
Faith was never meant to be lived asleep. This is a wake-up call—to truth, to love, to real discipleship. If you’re ready to open your eyes and walk it out, welcome to Awake.”

Ezekiel 33:31
“And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them…”
This will be an upsetting sermon for some, and for that I say, buckle up and hang with me.
We aren’t meant to sit in this building week after week, hear the Word, leave, and do it over and over.
Honestly, I’m burdened by the process of what has become the ritual of the American church.
There is a warning in the book of Revelation about it.
Revelation 3:15-16
“I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.”
