This true crime running workout is the debut of Mistresses of Murder & Mayhem and proves that you can't always trust the sweet granny. We learn about Nannie Doss, believed to have killed 11 people during her lifetime but was never sentenced to death because she was, after all, "just a woman."

Today's workout is a 30-minute progression run
5- minute warm-up
6- minute RPE scale 3-4 (conversation pace)
5-minute RPE scale 5-6 (1-2 sentence pace)
4-minute RPE scale 6-7 (1 sentence pace)
3-minute RPE scale 7-8 (1-2 words and likely they are NSFW words)
1-minute RPE scale 9-10 (sprint, let's GO)
