Jesus is brought before the council where false witnesses contradict one another, revealing the leaders’ corrupt intentions. When the high priest finally asks if He is the Christ, Jesus responds with a clear affirmation of His identity and coming glory. The council accuses Him of blasphemy and condemns Him to death. Though treated unjustly, Jesus stands as the true Son of Man who will one day be seen in power.
