Jason Crosby:

ason hey Aaron, how are you?

Aaron Higgins:

I am so excited right now.

Jason Crosby:

Why is that?

Aaron Higgins:

Well, I think everyone has figured out who's been listening to this podcast for quite a while. I'm a bit of a nerd and I love really nerdy things. One of those really nerdy things has to do with public officials.

Jason Crosby:

Oh, okay, tell me why?

Aaron Higgins:

Well? I want to tease our audience here just a little bit. Season four is coming up here. It'll start on what? April the 3rd.

Jason Crosby:

April 3rd, so we're, as of right now, less than 30 days away.

Aaron Higgins:

Wow, because we got some awesome guests lined up, elected officials included, in this season. I can hardly wait. And we also have some returning guests, don't we?

Jason Crosby:

Oh, we do. Not only the elected officials there but, what's interesting, we have it at federal and local municipality levels. So you're getting vast different perspectives there. I'm really looking forward to those myself. But yeah, we've got return guests that we had in season two and we've got what looks like three new guests, including a panel with two co-authors who released a book last year, and we're also healthcare administrators from many years in the Midwest, along with our replays, which we'll have three of them this month leading up to that first episode.

Aaron Higgins:

Well, folks, our replays, in case you're not familiar with them, are some of our greatest hit episodes that really resonated with our audiences, and so, to kind of wipe your appetite and dip your toes back into the show, we'll be replaying these three episodes. Can you tell us what they are, jason?

Jason Crosby:

Yeah, we're going way back to first episode of the first season. Scott Regan, the experience economy you haven't heard that go take.

Jason Crosby:

Oh yeah, really good one from a marketing perspective. Lots to gain there from an experienced consultant. Our second replay will be goal setting methodologies with Tyler and Matthew, who I believe was in season two as well. So you'll hear a lot about OKRs if you're familiar with that acronym. If not, then you've got to download and listen to the episode. Yeah, I gotta learn, you gotta listen to it. And then the third and Aaron, if I gotta say so myself, wow, blockbuster replay number three. Hold on to your seats, me.

Aaron Higgins:

Oh, boy yeah.

Jason Crosby:

See, when you were talking about geeking out of this season, I thought it was because of replay number three keys to a successful CIN, by yours truly.

Aaron Higgins:

Well, that is a good episode too, I will admit. I will admit, now I get, I am. I am super excited about this season. I think and you hear this a lot in marketing, right this is our best season yet, or, you know, this is our best thing we've ever done. Honestly, though, season four is really shaping up to be our best season that we've had. We got some awesome guests lined up. I'm just again I can't say it enough I'm excited, I'm geeking out. It's pretty cool.

Jason Crosby:

I'll tell you it's going to be a little unique to. We're talking legislation, of course, like you mentioned before and when we say legislation, folks current as in the last couple of months, recent legislation we're talking AI, startup companies and their impact and workflow, provider enrollment. Right, we're touching on specific things, but then we're also talking some really helpful leadership skills from a couple of very experienced authors of leadership. So it's a very dynamic season. I think that's different than the previous.

Aaron Higgins:

Yeah, no doubt this is. This is going to be a wild ride. Folks, buckle up. I think it's going to be fun. There's a lot to learn. I know we we learned a lot in our conversations that we've already had, so I am so looking forward to it and I want to encourage our listeners Be sure to hop online and comment on our LinkedIn. We'll have a LinkedIn about every episode coming up and then when they come out, and then if you like the episodes, be sure to comment on them on LinkedIn or on whatever social media platform you like. And then go to the podcast app and rate our podcast. Let other people know. If you like it, certainly five stars. If you don't like it, it's Jason's fault and don't don't bother writing it.

Jason Crosby:

Certainly we think everybody will enjoy this season. We know we're having fun, just recording it. We look forward to your feedback.

Aaron Higgins:

Well, I think that's all the time we have today. Jason, I sure do appreciate it, and we'll talk to you later. I'm here.

Jason Crosby:

Talk to everybody soon.

Jason Crosby:

Thank you for listening and we'll see you next time.

Aaron Higgins:

So, Jason, I have a question for you that our listeners are dying to hear the answer to you. Ready, I'm ready. Would you rather fight 100 duck-sized horses or one horse-sized duck?

Jason Crosby:

Well, I think I would have to go with the latter, because I feel like I've seen a horse-sized duck at Disney. I think I could take them, especially after having one of those big chicken wings. So I'm going to go with one horse-sized duck.

Aaron Higgins:

Okay.
