I’m Camilla Jeffs. I’m a mom of 5, I own 5 businesses and I’m a general partner for a $200 million dollar real estate portfolio, and I built it from the ground up. Julie Crawford is a wife, married to her college sweetheart, and mother of two teenagers. Her husband’s career allowed her to stay at home with their children for the last 12 years while they relocated around the country. In January of 2020 she started investing her husband's W-2 income into real estate to help save on taxes. She has built her portfolio to 38 doors and counting in 3 years. Julie invests in single family, multifamily and short term rentals while living out of state. Julie is looking to grow into the larger multifamily space this year.
