With over $90 million in projects completed she has been an expert for over 30 years in general contracting with her boutique construction company, Dawn loves investing in small multifamily properties. Specifically with heavy value-add hands-on investing. She believes all women MUST master the operations side of investing to become wildly successful and financially free.
She educates others with her online course, elevating women’s confidence with renovating. “Construction touches every aspect of real estate investing” is her mantra. All investors must have this knowledge to excel.
She loves when someone tells her NO it cannot be done! Her persistent spirit and go-getter attitude has enabled her wonderful success. Her personal investments focus on coastal properties including STR, LTR, and passive and active multi-family properties.
Her new book will be out in the spring of 2023 which she shares stories, key tips, and must-have value-add knowledge from her extensive building experience.
She is a crazy green juice fanatic, along with beach workouts, and an optimal health learner. She will often brag about her 3 beautiful grandkids and their assistance on job sites, or just some much-needed laughter and fun!
