In this episode of The Good Service Podcast, we sit down with Kristina Newton, founder of HYPE., to explore how service, leadership, and innovation intersect to create lasting impact. From her corporate career to launching a nonprofit, Kristina shares how she turned her vision into a movement that uplifts and equips young women of color for futures in STEM, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

HYPE. is a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta that empowers young women of color, particularly those in middle school through college, by creating access to STEM education, leadership development, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

At its core, HYPE is building a future where every young woman of color has the tools and support to thrive not just survive in the spaces where they’ve been historically excluded.

Let's Get Hype about:

  • The story behind getHYPE and why Kristina started it
  • The challenges of running a nonprofit in today’s world
  • How mentorship and representation can change the trajectory of young lives
  • What’s next for getHYPE and how we can all be part of the mission

If you’re passionate about community, service, and the power of representation, this episode will leave you inspired to act.
