For today’s episode, we’re discussing sexuality. Whether it’s through blatant homophobia, or through seemingly innocent yet often intrusive or uncomfortable questions, we discuss how much sexuality already comes into the workplace for members of the LGBTQ+ community, and how we can all become more aware or this, and therefore more inclusive.
