In this episode, Shawna & Jen discuss how to handle negative talk that happens during the season. The ladies make suggestions on how to best handle negative talk from the stands, parents, social media, and the community.
It's important to listen but to not respond emotionally. You are part of the brand of the school/team and we must behave according to what we want that to be.
People are watching and they want to see how we respond as coaches wives.
Be polite.
Be kind.
Be respectful.
Don't react.
