The Pegasus World Cup is the first premier Grade-1 Stakes race of the year featuring eligible older thoroughbreds. We interviewed accomplished horsemen who will attend this race on Saturday, January 27th at Florida’s beautiful Gulfstream Racetrack including: Jockeys Irad and Jose Ortiz, Johnny Velazquez, and Junior Alvarado; Trainers Todd Pletcher, Saffie Joseph Jr, Dale Romans, Gustavo Delgado Jr (Mage), Jose Perez, and Carlos Martin; C2 Racing owner Mark Cornett (White Abarrio); and Sirius-XM Host & Handicapper Steve Byk. We are broadcasting live from beautiful Gulfstream Racetrack in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The Pegasus World Cup is the first premier Grade-1 Stakes event of the new year featuring eligible older horses. This race attracts several of the world’s best horses, trainers, and jockeys that have an outstanding race record.
