2024 $1 Million Florida Derby enroute to Kentucky Derby

The $1 Million Dollar Florida Derby will be run on Saturday, March 30th at Gulfstream Racetrack. Significant points will be awarded to contestants of the “Win and You’re In” 1-1/8th mile competition. Three of the finishers may secure eligibility to run in the 150th Kentucky Derby on Saturday, May 4th at Churchill Downs. We spoke to several seasoned trainers about this important qualifying race.
