StarCast E67 "The Business of Star Ranch"

When people come out to Star Ranch, we want to make sure that everyone is comfortable and has a great time! But, there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make that happen! We are blessed to have a wonderful office staff! Today, we meet Rob, the Business Manager of the Ranch. He tells us about our new online reservation system that insures members spend very little time checking in, and spend as much time poolside relaxing, connecting with old friends and making new ones!
