For all the mothers out there tonight that need some inspiration and encouragement to set aside time to take care of yourself and to remember that you matter! Skipping your self-care is never a good idea. One of the most important ways to maintain a consistent healthy lifestyle is taking designated time every day to set aside for what makes you happy and benefits your happiness!! When you take care of yourself, you feel better. And when you feel good, you notice yourself in a more powerful and positive way! Setting aside time to do your skincare routine, making time for your heart health with a daily cardio exercise routine, take time to laugh more, pick up a new interest and learn to dance, cook, take a relaxing bubble bath and designate a happy hour with your best girlfriends is all some fantastic ideas to better your health and better your future! When we neglect our self-care we tend to feel more negative, weak, depressed, and unhealthy! So making time for you is critical to your well-being and in being the best person you can be!!
