Tonight’s episode of Brave & Beautiful is for every mother carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders.

We’re talking about worry, emotional exhaustion, survival mode, and the powerful truth that God never intended for you to carry everything alone.

This episode dives into both the spiritual and psychological side of worry—why our minds become trapped in fear, why mothers feel responsible for every outcome, and how true peace begins when we finally surrender control and trust God again.

Tonight, after listening, I encourage you to slow down…
•Make a warm cup of tea (My favorite: green tea with honey)
•Write down affirmations over your life and speak them out loud
•Thank God for carrying you through another   day
•And enjoy my Homemade Triple Chocolate Brownies below 🍫

Because every woman deserves something warm, comforting, and sweet at the end of a long day.

✨ Brave & Beautiful Triple Chocolate Brownies ✨

Rich, fudgy, deeply chocolatey brownies made with olive oil, dark cocoa, melted chocolate, and pools of chocolate chunks throughout. These brownies are comforting, indulgent, and meant to be enjoyed slowly with a warm cup of tea at the end of a long day.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup browned butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3/4 cup dark cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1–2 tablespoons brewed espresso or milk
• 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
• 1 cup mixed chocolate chunks (dark, milk, and semi-sweet)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Brown the butter in a saucepan until golden and fragrant. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, browned butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and melted dark chocolate.
  4. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, chia seeds, sea salt, cinnamon, and espresso.
  5. Stir in chocolate chunks.
  6. Pour into prepared pan and top with extra chocolate pieces and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  7. Bake 28–34 minutes until the center is just set and the top is crackly.
  8. Cool completely for the ultimate fudgy texture.

Best enjoyed warm with hot tea while speaking life over yourself and thanking God for another day.

“Be still and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10
