Welcome back, beautiful souls. This is Jessie Anne Zayas with self-love stories. And today I want to take you on a journey. A journey into your deepest wound and the wisdom living inside it. But before we go any further, just take a moment and notice. What happens in your body as I say those words? Deepest wound. No judgment, just notice. Maybe there's a tightening in the chest, in the neck, the shoulders, the jaw. Maybe a curiosity. A lightning strike within your body. A pool in your heart, color sensations, just allow it. One thing I've learned on my own healing journey. And especially working with women in leadership on self-love. Is that our deepest wounds often become our greatest source of resilience, of power, of leadership, of compassion, and our purpose. For me, astrology and human design help me shift how I relate to my pain. These tools help me see that nothing inside of me is wrong or something to fix. But instead, a portal, a doorway into deeper wisdom, creativity, innovation, connection, and service. And so today, I'm inviting you into that doorway. And let's enter that doorway. With welcoming in and connecting to Chiron. Who is Chiron? So in mythology, Chiron is the wounded healer, born, half human, have horse, rejected by his own mother. Chiron endured deep pain from the very beginning. And yet, instead of being defined by his suffering, He transformed it. He became a master teacher, a healer, and a mentor to heroes and gods. Chiron teaches us that our wounds don't disappear. They mature, they become medicine, not just for ourselves, but for others. And that's what true leadership is, whether we lead in our communities, our workplaces, our families, or quietly in how we live our lives. We lead best when we lead from compassion, healing, and wholeness, not from reactivity. And so when we ignore our wounds, we react from pain. When we tend to them, we respond from alignment. And when we respond from alignment, we create more love, more beauty, more innovation, more truth, more clarity in our decisions, our boundaries, our dreams, our purpose. So today, I'll guide you into a Chiron meditation, not to fix anything. But to meet your wound with empowerment, tenderness, and love. And so when you're ready to take this journey, you can do the seated or lying down. You can bring yourself into a comfortable position and place your hands gently on your heart, your belly, or both. Begin to breathe slow and easy. In through the nose, gently out through the mouth. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Let your breath soften your shoulders, your jaw, your chest, your belly, your hips, your legs, and your feet. Imagine a soft, warm light begins to glow around your heart. This light is not trying to change you. It is simply holding you. As you breathe, imagine this light becoming a cocoon around your whole body. A safe, warm, cosmic blanket. And now, imagine, you are floating upward, beyond your room. Beyond. The building you are in. Above your city. Into the star filled sky. You land gently in a quiet space in the cosmos. A sanctuary just for you. A place where you feel protected? Where you feel seen, and where you feel held. In this cosmic sanctuary, a presence approaches you. They are wise, ancient, powerful, and gentle. This is your Chiron. The part of you that carries your deepest wound, And your deepest medicine. Notice how they stand. Notice the energy they bring. Do they feel compassionate? Fierce. Tender. All knowing. Notice. Let your Chiron show you the wound they've carried, not through words. Not through stories. But through a feeling. A sensation, a knowing in your body. Whatever arises is perfect. You don't need details. Just allow the feeling. Now, your chiron places a hand over your heart. Or wherever you feel. The wound. Feel their touch, not trying to fix, but to honor. Technowledge to love. And Chiron whispers to you. This wound is not your weakness. It is your gift. Your medicine. Your power. And your purpose. Take a breath and let that land. Feel how this wound has made you more empathetic, more intuitive. More wise. More discerning. More creative. More human. Ask your Chiron silently. What is the medicine this wound has taught me? Allow the answer to come through a word, a feeling, maybe an image or simply an inner knowing. Receive it, honor it, breathe it in. Beautiful. Now imagine this medicine, this gift, radiating through your entire body, like warm sunlight. It fills your heart, your lungs, your brain, your belly, your bones, your skin. You are not defined by your wound, you are defined by how you love through it. Take one final breath and whisper to yourself, I am whole. I am healing. I am medicine. Slowly return to your body. Wiggle your fingers. Open your eyes when you're ready. And just remember, Your wound is not here to limit you. It's here to initiate you. To deepen your leadership, your relationships, your creativity, and your purpose. Your medicine matters, not because it's perfect, but because it's lived. This medicine supported you, or if you want to explore your unique Chiron placement in astrology or human design. Feel free to send me a message or join one of my upcoming workshops or local events where we explore your intuitive blueprint.
